The very next day I had Fairfield Heating and Cooling out and they fixed my furnace. To this day I still never heard from Chris!! I told my friend not to be referring his friend to anyone he doesn't show up!! I heard this was not anything new!!

They could have put a bandaid on it, but were very honest about a need for a replacement. I thought this would take a few days, but they were ready on Friday to replace it completely. The young men who come out were extremely respectful and even helped keep my cats inside while they went in and out for parts. During and after install, they asked to use my vacuum and cleaned up the whole area, even asking at one point if a spot in my living room was from them.
