The vents were not properly caulked and shingles were not aligned on the roof to allow proper drainage away from the vents. Brian was very quick to respond from my inquiry, and able to come out and fix the issue within a week (he had to wait on a part to come in). The weather was particularly rainy that week so I appreciated the effort he put into getting his guys out on the roof and getting the work done. You can't beat speed and quality of service!

On other areas of my long driveway, where the radius turns were widened, those have also settled an inch lower than the driveway height and are cracking as well. The responses that I received from Legg & Davis on the settling of the curves was "Let's just watch it. I don't want to do anything about it" and on the giant crack was, "We have no control over cracking in asphalt or concrete. When you have your driveway sealed, the cracks can be cleaned and filled with asphalt crack filler material". Don't make the same mistake I made. IMO Legg Davis cut corners on material usage, has an inferior asphalt product and/or does poor installation work. My neighbor's driveway, which was done by different provider 2yrs before mine, looks better and isn't exhibiting anything that is happening to my driveway. This early into a new driveway, I would have expected it to still look like a new driveway, but not so much. Hopefully it makes through at least another winter of 2 before it starts crumbling apart. Poor investment decision on my part - Do yourself a favor and go with someone else!!

It was already mid day so we were desperate to find someone that day. We called Cortez and explained situation. I don't think we were close- by but he said he would contact on of his workers and see what he could do. At this point we didn't know if we would need a new door too. Very shortly after that we received a call that he would be out around 4. I don't recall the names of the new gentlemen we spoke too. About 20 minutes before arrival a call was received that he was on his way and a reassurance that he would fix everything. Even though it was late in the day and took awhile the door frame was replaced. The door was fine. The price was incredibly reasonable. These gentlemen are my hero's along with Angi for referring. They are in my book in case my son or I ever need work done. Please consider this company for your needs- they rock. Super grateful to Angi and Cortez.

Summit Roofing was hired by my neighbor to install a metal roof, and I am appalled by their…read morecomplete lack of concern for surrounding properties. They shoved stacks of metal roofing directly against my fence, used my yard as their workspace to cut metal, and destroyed patches of my grass in the process. I had to tell them to get out of my yard just so I could mow. They left metal shards in my yard, along with a hatchet, and parked their trailer in front of the fire hydrant for two days. The metal shards were the final straw, so I contacted my neighbor. The owner did come out with a magnet to clean up, but apparently the crew was unhappy about my complaint--on their last day they were throwing balled‑up plastic over my fence. How do I know it was them? I was outside when it happened. This company has great reviews, which makes their behavior even more baffling. Based on the disrespect and carelessness of the workers at my home, I would not hire Summit Roofing.

I know well his commitment for furnishing excellence and a matched capacity for delivering timely customer support. He insists on being exceptionally fair with his work rates and verifies your complete satisfaction as he wraps up his assigned projects. Most recently, Gerry visited my home to troubleshoot a Hot Tub shorting out issue as a follow up to concerns that I had for a Hot Tub Service Contractor that was addressing leaks and thereafter, not convincing me on their findings for expensive fixes... that did not resolve the shorting issues. So... I called Gerry. Very quickly, Gerry addressed the matter at hand and illuminated the issues with great clarity to both the Hot Tub Field Technician & the Management levels of the Hot Tub Company. Gerry took the time to educate their assigned youthful Technician on the electrical tooling meters that are critical to start with in the process of properly assessing a shorting issue. Such AMP Meters were not part of the Hot Tub Technicians toolbox. This effort by Gerry saved me over $1,000 in Hot Tub billings that have subsequently been acknowledged as errant in this case due to Gerry's illuminating the facts. Gerry has also aligned with fellow professionals in the area of Duct Venting as he manages Restaurant Chains for all their Electrical and Venting requirements. I highly recommend that you call Gerry for an estimate as any (new or existing) residential needs surface across the scope of his services offered.
