They stippled the ceiling and it looked nice. The 2 men that came out the first day to do patch work and skimming did a real bad job and had not been told what needed to be done. Called owner and let him known and he sent out a repair man. He repaired some of it, but after the sanding was done there was still a lot of bad places and waves. We asked the owner to come out and see it, but he said he was too busy and sent out the repair man who finally go it fixed. My complaint is that the owner never would come out to explain to his workers what needed to be done and refused to look at the job that was done.

That guy, Matt, and the later handyman were friendly and efficient. Then another few weeks till they came out. I got the disposal and they installed it, plus added a plug under the sink and fixed the wall switch. Took an hour or so. This is the only handyman our dogs haven't barked at when they got here, and never did. He said he has dogs, but sometimes ours go nuts no matter what, on just hearing or smelling a stranger. The roof took maybe half an hour. Again, professional and efficient. Prices seem a little high to me, but it's been awhile since I hired anyone so this may be the new normal. And I used to be able to do some of this stuff but can't now, so, I have to pay someone sometimes. Worth it to have it taken care of.
