After meeting Billy and having him come out to inspect my old Pentair MiniMax NT pool/spa heater, I was disappointed to learn that it was officially kaput. I recently had an issue with my pool heater, which was not quite 3 years old. I had a problem with the heater before and contacted Flamingo Pool Service for the repairs. They did an excellent job the first time, so I called them again. I made our appointment, and Billy, with his helper, showed up on time. Billy took the time to troubleshoot every part of the pool heater and finally pin pointed the issue was the gas valve. He had the valve apart and replacement installed in a short time. CALL THESE GUYS!!! You won't be disappointed. Billy came out this morning and replaced my old pump that finally gave out. When I made the appointment, I asked if they could take a look at my heater as well that hasn't been working for the last 6 months. I did have a guy out 6 months ago (Leslie's) that told me I needed to replace the heater (to the tune of $2500 bucks). At that point I figured it was gonna have to wait till tax time. After completing the pool pump install and programming...Billy had the heater working in about 20 minutes after replacing a couple of parts for about $300 bucks (rodent chewing on wires). Billy is awesome, and didn't seem bothered by me out there watching what he was doing the whole time and even conversed with me and answered questions while he worked.
