When we asked them to fix it, it took 45 minutes and they tried to charge us full price for their error. They eventually knocked off a measly $8, but it absolutely should have been comped. *The Gyoza Mix-up: We got home to find the gyoza we specifically ordered steamed was fried. *Zero Management: When I called to complain, the high schooler on the phone informed me that no manager was even on duty--on a busy Friday night. If you're going to charge premium prices, you need to deliver accurate service. Kyoto has completely lost its way, and they have lost a decade-long customer.
