A go-to lunch spot for me. The food is clean and you leave knowing you had a healthy meal. I come here at least once a week. The first time I came here, they had just recently opened. I got a bowl and as I stared at it, I immediately thought of where to go for a mid-afternoon snack. The bowl looked small. Halfway through it, I was stuffed! So don't let the the look fool you, it is packed with food! The bowls come with either white or brown rice, vegies (cabbage, broc and carrots), and your choice of meats. The chicken is very tasty, but I'm a beef lover so I alwasy get the Beef Vegie Bowl. The meat is tender and no grissle. The vegies are not overcooked. I used to slather teriyaki sauce, but I've come to appreciate and really like the bowl naked with no other sauces - a testimony on how good the food really is. You can get a bowl and a drink for about $8.50. I really like the guy who takes the orders. He doesn't talk much, but whenever I walk in, he flashes a big grin. Good lunch place! read more

The food is very tasty and fresh, considering that it's on the healthy side for a fast food restaurants. Much better than other similar type of restaurants. The service is friendly and fast. You can load up on the "secret sauce," which is teriyaki, but do so it will make you food taste much better. This is the flame broiler I go to the most. This store is fairly new and they have signs advertising the store pretty much all over the plaza. The restaurant is always very clean and not run down like some stores nearby. Customer service is really great. The guy running the cash register always greets me with a smile and understands what I'm ordering pretty well. And then he ends the transaction with another smile. The food here is freshly made and tastes great! I recommend this place much better than L&L Hawaiian BBQ. Flame broiler food is amazing! I've been going to this location since it opened. It used to be wonderful. But as time goes on they hire different people and the quality has diminished. The don't even serve what you ask for. I asked for a chicken bowl with half rice and half veggies. I got more than half the bowl with rice, 1 broccoli, 3 carrots, little cabbage, and 8-9 small pieces of chicken. I felt I got a rice bowl with a taster of chicken and sample of broccoli. It has progressively gotten worst. Completely disappointed. I can only assume the staff is keeping the food or the owners are ordering the staff to top off bowls with rice. read more

I ordered a white meat chicken bowl with brown rice broccoli no sauce to go. My chicken was over cooked dry and burned. I took it back and asked could they prepare another bowl. The owner said the meat was dry because it was white meat. My response "No you cooked it to long". I'll come back there and cook it if u don't mind.
