I will say that just last week when I was there ordering a mini bowl to go, I was really appreciative of the staff who were happy to answer all of my questions about the different options for those, since I was used to just ordering bigger bowls with toppings that I chose. I never doubted that it would tumble over or spill all over my car. It came in a large plastic bowl within a bowl and broth was on the bottom so it was easy to add the noodles vegetables and meats to the broth.
