Being able to communicate via email, and getting all my many questions answered quickly, was a huge advantage over other companies I contacted. Jim was running slightly late at his previous job, but called me ahead of time to let me know, which I appreciated. And I surely put him in the exact same position with his next client, as I kept adding things beyond what we originally discussed I wanted removed once he was here, including a queen sized mattress/boxspring and a heavy bureau. The load out was equally smooth and I was especially impressed by how they managed to get a particularly heavy and awkward item up a long flight of stairs. Apparently the team normally consists of three men, but on this particular day, one of the three was feeling under the weather and couldn't make it to work. However, this in no way impeded the other two from finishing the job efficiently and in the expected amount of time. They misled and lied about the terms and conditions of the contract. I never should have signed it so I take the responsibility for that. This review is a warning for anyone commercial or residential person that may be considering signing a contract with this untrustworthy company.
