They answered all my nervous questions, mostly in a timely fashion except maybe once or twice, but I called a lot because I hadn't moved in 30 years. As for the move itself, it went smoothly, the guys helped me finish packing when that was not what I'd intended but, oops! I fell behind a bit. They even got my plants down to the vineyard without incident, and I have a ficus, and a 10-foot tree. When they set the furniture down in the new place, they put it down very carefully, so there was no scraping on the floor.
