They have memberships so you can go back for the month. I tried it and it was decent and very quick during the week while everyone's at work. They vacuumed and wiped the inside pretty well and I think the price is fair. It's definitely not a mini detail but my car left much cleaner than when I arrived! Overall a good experience. They did not have car freshener spray which I was a bit disappointed about. read more

I have a membership here, and I still paid an extra $17 for a cleaning -- and honestly, I don't even know why I paid. Nothing was done. Not a single spot was cleaned, not even the dashboard was touched. When I complained, they took the car back, but brought it out exactly the same. No improvement at all. This will be my last time coming here. I'm canceling all my memberships for my cars, and I will not be recommending this place to anyone. read more

I went here earlier today, terrible wash. this is probably one of the worst car washes I have ever gotten. they washed it the first time and did the interior. the outside was pretty solid but the inside... my god man it was terrible. mats dirty, car seat even more dirty than how it came in the tunnel. how is that even possible? windows not wiped or cleaned at all. straight water spots. service was pretty good but these new workers just don't want it enough like the old flagship. read more

They sheared off the valve stem on my driver front wheel and they said it was my fault for having a car that is older than 7 years old. They won't even help me call a tow truck. You know, I tried to be understanding, but could not be approving. The car was clean. Okay, they were sloppy when cleaning the interior, knocking an important paper neatly placed in the slot of my car door onto the ground. I had to bang on the window several times to get someone to pick it up. But that was not the thing that will prevent me from ever returning there. One or more of the workers has sticky fingers. Yes, theft. Sure insignificant in cost at maybe $11.00 when I bought them in 2022, and not available anymore. However, I went in with cup coasters in my cup slots. (See picture below) Then, after I got home I noticed they were missing. No more cup coasters. If they can steal something that simple what is really safe in my car?? No, I will return to my previous place even if it is out of the way sometimes. Find someone else to call sucker. I am not it. read more

I pay $59.99 for my monthly service and I didn't recieve as expected. My suv trunk was not vacuum when it should have. Sometimes it gets done and sometimes it doesn't. My driver and passenger side still has a few crumbs leftover. Not 100% satisfied with the service I receive read more

I paid $36 for an interior and exterior wash after confirming with the employee that both would be cleaned. Unfortunately, I left pretty disappointed. The exterior was okay, but the interior wasn't thoroughly cleaned. There was still a lot of dog hair, dirt, and debris on the carpet, and it seemed like the focus was on cleaning the floor mats while the actual carpet underneath was mostly overlooked. I was told the crumbs were still there because their vacuum couldn't pick up debris that small, and they also mentioned they didn't have a special vacuum to remove dog hair. While I understand there are limitations, I would have expected a better result or to be told that beforehand. For $36, I expected a more thorough cleaning and was disappointed with the overall quality of the service. read more

I stopped by Flagship car wash based on a recommendation. My car was a mess and I needed a good cleaning. I got a machine was and detailed cleaning in the inside for about $44. It was expensive but definitely worth it. I will be going back. read more

Good jobs guys i will return, great service and attention to details, price is fair. keep up the good work

Everything can improve. These guys get $44 to clean the inside and outside of the car with 6 different people and still can't manage to wipe a door frame. These guys attention to detail is minimal. I've never seen them clean a turn signal or anything you would normally attempt to make at least look clean. To top it all off they miss placed my floor Matts. I had a set of two at each entrance. Driver side. Passenger side both the back seats. They told me i only came in with one floor Matt and refused to let me look over the cameras with the manager. They gave my floor Matt's to the car in front of me and then proceeded to tell me i only came in with one floor Matt. Definitely not worth the time or money. This place sucks. read more

Paid for the full service and my SUV was still dirty. My rims were not clean and they didn't put armor on my tires. My husband had to explain it to them for about 10 mins that the vehicle was still dirty and that the workers were doing half ass job. They finally decided to run my vehicle through the car wash again. Oh and the young lady tried to tell us that cleaning the rims is not apart of the full service, which means false advertisement. Will not be coming back here again. Nor would I recommend this place to anyone. Overpriced with bad service. read more

I made an appointment to have my F350 to be detailed for my wedding. AJ the manager on duty was amazing and very helpful. His staff did an amazing job cleaning out my truck from the interior to the exterior. My jaw dropped when I saw how shiny my 11 year old truck looked. I'm very pleased and will definitely bring it back to them again. read more

Can you believe this? Flagship Car Wash refuses to take responsibility when they damage your car--and they won't even refund your membership when they do! We took our car in for a simple wash, and instead, they broke our sunroof sunshade! And what did they do about it? Absolutely nothing. No accountability, no refund, just a complete disregard for their customers. If you value your vehicle, think twice before trust! We try several times to contact their office and they just don't care, it's really frustrating to see that this Flagship car wash has no accountability or respect for their customers, never again. read more

Woodbridge Minnieville Rd. Zero Stars. One of the worst car washes in the DMV. When it comes to service, they have a young girl who is polite when you enter. She does her best to sell you the membership. Once you make your purchase.. everything changes when it comes to customer service. Every single time that I've gone there I have encountered some rude attendants. It's been a few years since I stopped going. I was swiftly reminded why id did. They do a poor job at cleaning your car and they often display the worst disrepectful attitude. Beware before you spend your hard earned money. I almost caught a case with the young spanish guy... rude and proud. read more

I so wish I would have checked my trusty Yelp before giving them a try because they changed ownership. Smdh maybe a change of owner but quality is still in the toliet. So wish I would have taken some pictures of what the top "$40" package that was supposed to have covered everything actually did. First off they only had 2-packages available so me knowing I needed a real good cleaning I got the top package. But should have just went to a self drive through and did my own. Would have costs less and I would actually have cleaned and wiped down the inside. Still had crumbs and debris on the floor and nothing was wiped down. Never again! I'm good on y'all! The hunt for an affordable car wash that actually washes and cleans your car continues... read more

I really don't like leaving negative reviews, but I was not impressed at all with this location. Yesterday I decided to treat myself to car wash/interior cleaning & purchased the "ultimate wash" for $39. First off, the customer service was not welcoming at all, it felt like I was inconveniencing the staff by even being there. There was no direction, I wasn't sure to go where and when and what the process was. There was no flow at all. I sat in the car during the car wash and then got out for the interior cleaning. I could see multiple people working on the car, but it didn't look much different than before. My car wasn't particularly dirty inside or out, but the parts that needed attention on the outside didn't get clean. There was only 1 guy wiping down cars at the end (and he was working hard, so not faulting him, it was way too much work for 1 person), but there were streaks on my car The front bumper & wheels weren't clean. Definitely not worth $39 at all. read more

Spanish speakers be aware. They charge his card montly svcs. In May 2023, I visited the local shop located in Minniville Rd Woodbridge VA location to speak to someone who could assist me with this matter. The attendant checked the records and was able to determine that my father had only used the services on the day he supposedly signed up in September 2022. I asked how you keep track of records, and they said they put a sticker on the windshield and write the tag number in the system. They also said that the manager only spoke english. However, after further inspecting my father's vehicle, there was no barcode or sticker whatsoever. It is unacceptable that a senior, particularly if there is a language barrier, is charged for a membership that was not explained to him. It feels like he was taken advantage of, and we wonder if there are any other customers with a similar situation. read more

I'm actually not sure what I paid for. The gas station car wash would have done a better job. I couldn't even tell that the inside was vacuumed. My rims are black but still dirty. I came on a Sunday morning at 8:40am there was only one car there other then mine. The attention to detail is obviously horrendous from the pictures. I even tipped them $20 but that was my mistake I should have inspected the car before tipping. Now I will probably spend double time go get it actually washed and cleaned correctly somewhere else. Super dissatisfied. read more

Came to Flagship car wash today for the first time got the $39 service which was supposed to include everything. I had children with me. They didn't even tell me where to go to sit. We were sitting outside in the cold. I finally figured out that there was an inside. The cleaning was not good at all. There's crumbs all over the place. I had to come back for them to wipe down areas that was very apparent car still dirty. I gotta go home and re-clean the car myself. I went through the car wash and the guy did a half "a££". Jobs spraying it down so I knew it was not clean. When I tried to go back through the person told me the it only one wash per day. When I asked home to cancel he directed me to the web site I had to go and speak to the manager to have my car washed. If they did it right the first time I would not have any issues. read more

I am a monthly Flagship subscriber and the Woodbridge location needs a bit of supervision! I visited today, only one person drying and catching vehicles as they came out of the wash. I then had to drive my vehicle around to the vacuum and detail drive through. My vehicle was the only vehicle present, in the detail tunnel were 9 employees sitting around joking watching the 1 employee who was drying the next vehicle. Since I have started the subscription I have visited 2 other Flagship locations and the attention to detail for the money spent far exceeds the services provided at Woodbridge. Per the supposed listed items of the Flagship wash menu criteria is not fulfilled at Woodbridge! I will give 2 employees a good job! They are the individual who was wiping down the wheels on the drivers side and the window cleaner drivers side. 1 female employee did nothing and stayed at the tunnel entrance! Flagship Management need to get a hold of this location or they need to enlighten the staff of the wash criteria. They need to get out of the smart wash routines! read more

** Minniville road Woodbridge VA location ** I was happy with the first two times I went here, on the third time the hood ornament on my Mercedes was ripped off in the wash. Its metal, and spring loaded , not a glued on piece. Staff was kind of " ok we will look and call you" , they found it in the wash the next day, never apologized or offered a refund or any way to contact anyone in management, they just looked at me like a deer in the headlights. Two emails over the course of 10 days to the online website form under " damage ", which apparently means " ignore " and I'm still out the cost of the wash and $50 plus shipping for a used one I found online. Never a response from the company but reading the comments that's just how they seem to operate??? Great business plan. read more

Very unsatisfied with the car wash. Had to rewash and wipe it down when I got back home. $36 is outrageous for a less than average wash. They do a terrible job wiping the car down because of the rush and line. Tire shine was dull at best. Flagship has bought all the neighboring car washes in the area. The one off hoadly rd and tacketsmill. They have monopolized the area which creates crazy prices and not that good of a car wash. They're gone. It's now closed. New owner is supposedly Flagship. Not open yet. I heard they're quite expensive. No more $12.00 carwash.

I gave this business 1 star because I had to. This "business" doesn't even merit 1 star. I had a beach trip coming up and was really looking forward to getting my car detailed. I had passed Flagship many times and decided to try them out. I purchased their Flagship Package ($69.99) which includes about 17 services. When they drove my car around to the front after "detailing" it (for 5 minutes) I was in disbelief!!! To my dismay, it looked basically the same as when I dropped it off. I am not really sure what they did but I know what they didnt do. They didn't wipe my door and seats. They also didnt air purge dash, console and cupholders. Nor did they clean my windows, my wheels, and rubber mats. These are all things included in the package I purchased. They did however vaccum some but did a piss poor job.
