They picked a decent spot for this location. Nice employees on duty. There were some lines, but well done on efficiency. The snack prices have jumped significantly. They tried offering a free oil change, but we refused and got a refund. The second manager tried to justify saying it was an "honest mistake" and that they do this all the time and showed no remorse. Muhammad told me to move my car as soon as I arrived, so I followed his instructions and waited about 45 minutes. After all that time, he told me he "couldn't" do my inspection because he believed I had an exhaust issue -- even though he never looked under the car or checked anything. Instead of explaining or investigating, he argued with me and kept repeating how long he's been in the business. His attitude was unnecessarily rude, and he made no real effort to help. It felt like he just wanted to go home and didn't want to bother with another customer. If you value your time or want respectful service, I would avoid getting an inspection done here.
