Condiments on the sandwich perfectly spread and the correct amount. The time from order to inception was perfect. The coffee and coffee bar in perfect condition. Very orderly and clean. The coffee was delicious. I get the Cuban Dark roast. I paid with self checkout. It was flawless and I made sure to scan my Wawa card. Only downfall was the Coke Machine was out of Ginger ale. It appears the Coke Freestyle fountain was out of a large amount of drinks. I got Vanilla Root beer. It was okay. Gas prices are the lowest I've seen in the neighborhood. I'm honestly shocked by how poorly stocked this Wawa is. This is a large store, yet the shelves are practically empty. Even basic coffee supplies are unavailable. It's 6:00 AM, and there isn't even coffee available because they don't have the necessary coffee cups/lids. The safety lids are also out of stock. This is a serious problem--if a customer gets hot coffee and it spills because the proper safety lid isn't available, who is responsible for that? How can a large Wawa be this poorly stocked first thing in the morning? Customers come in early expecting coffee and basic supplies to be available, but instead, we're left with an empty store and no coffee. Wawa needs to seriously improve its inventory management and morning stocking. This is unacceptable for a major store. read more

This is by far the worst-managed location I have experienced. The manager is extremely rude, unprofessional, and clearly needs additional training in both management and customer service. The inventory situation at this location is also unacceptable. The shelves are constantly empty, and it is obvious that inventory is not being properly monitored or tracked. I visit other locations and do not have these problems nearly as often as I do at this particular location. What makes it even more disappointing is the attitude of the manager. A manager should know how to communicate respectfully with customers, manage employees, monitor inventory, and take responsibility for the condition of the store. Unfortunately, none of that seems to be happening here. Honestly, it is embarrassing to see this level of management. Whoever hired this person as a manager seriously needs to reconsider whether he has the skills required for the position. From my experience, a newly hired employee could probably provide better customer service and management than the current manager. This location needs serious improvement, starting with management training, better inventory control, and basic customer-service skills. I hope someone from corporate actually takes the time to investigate what is going on at this location. read more

Glad this is here. Wawa generally has excellent gas prices. Due to county taxes here, there are other options that might be cheaper. Am frugal and hope you are too. This station has plenty of pumps, so you don't have to play the waiting game. That can be frustrating. Every time I've been here in and out. The lot is well illuminated at night, and it's close to a lot of major attractions. Sometimes you need that sub sandwich. Also their coffee is really good. You will pay a bit for their snacks, but it is a convenience store after all. This location is clean, and the employees are efficient and friendly. If I'm over in this part of town, quite often this is where I'll fuel up. I'm glad it's here, because also it puts competitors on notice. That alone is a positive! read more

Stopped here on our way back home and I have heard so much about Wawa, so it was fitting. This gas station has everything you could want in it. My son and I ordered some beef breakfast subs with scrambled eggs and cheese on them. I got a coffee and we left. I pumped some gas and and then we sat in the car and we ate. In this store is a bakery and coffee bar. They have baked goods, sandwich shop, and all sorts of stuff. The staff is so sweet. We will more than likely continue stopping here when we are up this way. Very convenient gas station and convenience store. I always fill up or top off here when in Woodbridge. Gas prices are competitive. The convenience store carries chips and other snacks. I like the Wawa Jalapeño Poppers or Pretzels and the Wawa packaged large pretzels the best. Also a good stop for a coffee or soda break. read more

I stop by this WaWa on a weekly basis when I'm on my way to the office. I kinda even look forward to going in once a week, only because I know that means WaWa breakfast. I love their hoagies for lunch, but the breakfast is pretty good too. I usually get a chipotle egg white panini, and it's always still hot by the time I finally get to the office, about 20 minutes after leaving WaWa. The customer service here is top-notch. While not something I would personally say to anyone, I love the gentleman that always says loudly "have a blessed day" when handing patrons their food. It's usually pretty busy when I visit, but the service is quick,and always friendly like I mentioned before. The only ding I give would be to the coffee. It's always good, but the Hazelnut and French Vanilla are frequently gone and it takes awhile to bring the self-serve jugs back. As long as I have to go into work, I'll continue to brighten my day at WaWa. read more

My co workers rave about Wawa so much I had to see what the big deal was. Late Christmas Eve and everything was closed so we went to grab sandwiches. I had tomato soup and grilled cheese. My picky adult child had a turkey club. I can't believe how good the soup was and it tasted like real soup not condensed. I've always loved Wawa but unfortunately there aren't any where I am from so anytime I am around one I try to stop in. I swung in this location on a Wednesday around 6pm to grab snacks/dinner on my way home from work. After walking in I was worried about how long it would take to get my order because there were 5 people standing around waiting for their food but that wasn't an issue at all. I made my order at the screen and then walked around getting the rest of the things I needed. A lot of places around here are severely understocked but this place had almost everything they always had. I made my way through the line, paid then stood by the order pick up for about 5 mins before my food came out. My quesadilla was delicious and had a fried vegetable option that I hadn't seen any other location have before. My salad was also killer as well as my roll that came with it. Highly recommended. Manager at night he looks more miserable than employees. There is one kid African American he works in morning shift wears a cover on his head now his service is great he always seem very happy talks to the customers. The sugar cane dispenser pump broken and she had to pour it by hand, so she made she it wasn't too sweet. I liked how she was being proactive instead of waiting for my to taste/send it back. I witnessed an employee in the drink preparation area wear her mask inappropriately for over thirty minutes. She made several drinks without covering her nose and at times even exposed her mouth. Over customers' drinks she and her friend spoke at length (of course, he too wasn't bothering to cover himself). This blatant disregard for public health caused me to abandon my drink. I love Wawa and so should you. The restrooms are normally clean with fast friendly service. I am partial to making a half coffee and half cappacino drink with maybe a piece of retro candy to enjoy (cow tail anyone?). I will say I am a little bit like a kid with access to the foundation drinks at fast food places. How many different sodas can I mix together for the ultimate taste? After a long grueling day of waking up at 11 am, driving home from Alexandria, VA, where I spent the night next to a 19 year old woman, laying down, and occasionally getting up to use the bathroom, my body craved some sustenance. I hadn't eaten in three days due to stress and nausea. Rats! My appetite finally caught up with my sloth. I pondered my late night meal options. Pizza? No...my acid reflux might act up. Chinese? No...it would just make me sleep. What I needed was real food, something that would get me up and going. Something like....a Wawa Turkey sandwich! I drove the long, windy roads of Woodbridge on a ravenous trek to carbohydrates and protein. They had a spot waiting for me right in front. I didnt have to walk much at all. So anyways...I walk into the store where I find a peculiar ordering device: a touch screen! Mind you I was scared at first, but on account of my intense hunger, I decided to give it a go, and I was delighted. All of the options were lain before me. I selected a oven roasted Turkey sandwich. I felt confident that King would make the sandwich to my liking, even though he looked a little perplexed due to the actions of another customer, whose name I will leave out of this review. I had to make a critical decision between the garlic aioli and the chipotle mayo, but fear not, because King gave off some chakras which gave me the confidence to decide without fear, and I can't thank him enough for that. Now I dont know his birthday, but he seemed to me to be an Aries. After reading today's horoscope for an Aries, I learned that "new people" may come into to Kings life today. I believe in my heart of hearts that I was that person. Next, we must talk about Andrew. Oh, Andrew. I approached the counter, worried that he wouldn't be able to charge me on the account that my ticket didn't print out. But Andrew had all of the answers, and I mean that earnestly. He just pulled up my order like some sort of klingon in a space ship. Phenomenal! So I decided to strike up a conversation with the aforementioned Drew. He never gave me permission to call him that, so I stopped then and there. I should've asked; I understand. So anyway, since persistence is the key, I asked Drew if he would like a banana that I found in the banana section of the WaWa. Drew said no. I immediately shut down. Struggling to keep myself calm on the outside, I recollected when children in the 7th grade would tell me that I couldn't eat at their lunch table because I was overweight and had braces. They didn't want my bananas either. Guess who now owns a banana delivery company? Now you may be thinking I do, but really, I haven't the slightest idea. Although sometimes I pretend to, just to bring me joy. As Mark Twain said: "why would you want to live in anyone else's world but your own?". I snapped out of my delirium. Drew had told me that I had been staring blankly for 00:00:40. I felt ashamed, and asked him if the WaWa brand bananas had any friends. He said yes. I think he needs to talk to a medical professional: bananas can't have friends. So Andy went on his way, like I always knew he would. Part of me was upset, I have to admit. Oct 26 Today I went to the wawa #661 in Woodbridge VA I ordered two bowls and had multiple ingredients missing I didn't notice until I was already at work and unable to return. I have gone to this wawa and order bowls on 3 different occasions and this is the second time it has been wrong. The other time it was wrong I ordered 3 bowls and they tried to give me 2. When I brought it to their attention they insisted I only ordered 2 until I pulled out my receipt and they finally made me my 3rd bowl with much frustration. To give them the benefit of the doubt both times they messed up it was very busy. I do not want any compensation for this, just hoping that the employees get some training on attention to detail.
