I have the subscription for my personal and business vehicles and prefer the Flagship on St. Patrick's Drive. I like that I can get a wash everyday and the cost is fair and reasonable. I always find the service to be great; and yes, sometimes you might have to wipe your car with a towel in some places, but that's pretty normal. The subscription plans don't equate to getting your car DETAILED. There is a cost for that level of clean and I feel like a some folks need to reformulate their expectations. read more

I have little complaints but the complaints are big but lets start with the good. The subscription service isn't that bad. $59/mo for the option of getting a wash every day isn't bad. 3 washes in the month and you've paid for the subscription. Not sure if it's bad or good to wash your vehicle multiple times a week but sometimes you need it. They get you in and get you out fast. I am usually pretty satisfied with the cleanliness of my windows and mirrors. I also enjoy the shine of my tires and they do a good job of vacuuming although they do sometimes neglect my rear seat/trunk area depending on if the seats are up or down. I think they should vacuum it regardless. They do rush you in so that the exhaust from the vehicle in front would steam up your forward-facing camera and because the vehicles are so closely packed, they air dry with spots before you actually get in to the personal touch area. And once in there, they don't really dry the vehicle off because it's mostly dry and it wouldn't do much help without a damp and dry town to get the spots off. They also don't do the top of the SUV. I always have to get up there and do it myself before I pull off. I have a sunroof and a panoramic sunroof so I would like for them to wipe that, however most if not all of their employees are too small to get up there so there's not much they can do about that. The cloths that clean the top of the SUV also aren't that effective. They just slide across the top. They don't have the type of contact that you get around the rest of the vehicle. This means that at times, not only is the top glass not clean but the top in general isn't clean. Maybe they should get those cloths on a stick but having the top wash as well as the sides would also be a big plus. They have the most locations in the locations I tend to locate to so that is good for me. I am almost always near one as I'm going out. read more

Fraud Alert! I was wrongly billed $339 because their machine did not read the sticker on my car and I had to pay at that moment PLUS they started me paying on this second account they created. I was paying two different accounts for one vehicle and they got greedy and were doing it twice in one month on the scam account the worker set up that day. They would not let me cancel anything, canceling on their website did nothing they continued to bill. I have not received a refund for my original account that I canceled that they kept billing. Federal Oversight needed, I can't be the only one. #BBB Better Business Bureau. read more

The location near the mall is horrible. The machines are harder somehow and the customer service is terrible. I wanted to add another vehicle to my new membership, I started the membership with 2 cars, just a few days ago at the location near the Waldorf Walmart The 1st vehicle was 42.99 and the 2nd was 37.99. The lady said when you add the 3rd vehicle (I didn't have the tag number at the time) use the same card and number and it'll be 37.99. Cool. But while I was at the Flagship near the mall the young female was attempting to make me pay 42.99 to add the 3rd vehicle. I even showed her where I paid 37.99 a few days before. She said "like I said" and started repeating herself. I asked her to not repeat herself but to explain why I would pay 42.99 when I already have a membership and the 2nd car was 37.99. I also showed her my card transactions. She went and got another employee, his name is Stephen. Stephen came out and said, do you need help? I asked did she not tell him the issue, he said no. I hadn't eaten and my patience was low. I told Stephen she may need some training and I don't have the patience to repeat myself right now. I left frustrated behind the whole experience and now I have to go to the location further away to get my other car added. I don't typically go to this location (by the mall) bcus of a previous bad experience but it's on the route home. I won't go to that location again. read more

From the front to the back. The staff is unfriendly. No greetings at all. Half Azz on blowing out the dog hair. Wiping the inside was passed over like a teenager wanting to get back to their phone. The mats same... I usually go to the one behind Walmart, but that's closed for upgrade. If they switch staff there they'll lose customers. Even though it wasn't great it's better than this one. Management better get in and step up. No amount of upgrades constitutes good service and friendly people. read more

This place is consistently disappointing. I've given Flagship more than one chance, and every time it's the same story: overpriced, rushed, and terrible quality. My car always comes out with streaks, water spots, and obvious areas that were skipped -- for the amount they charge, that's unacceptable. The service is just as careless. Staff seem more focused on moving cars through quickly than actually doing a thorough job. The quality of the service I received here was horrible. I've been a Flagship monthly subscriber for over a year. This is the worst my car has ever looked leaving this establishment. I can't not recommend Flagship car wash if this is how my car gets cleaned. I would be embarrassed if I went a friend here and this is the type of service. Not to mention the people who were vacuuming and wiping the inside of my vehicle were very clearly upset that I asked for my floor mats to be cleaned. So far I am loving this car wash. It's given me a newfound love for my car. My littles destroyed my car with their crumbs and after taking it through this car wash my car looked new again. I went ahead and got the unlimited package deal only because when I get my car cleaned, literally it's a mess after 2 days. It's quick and efficient. The waiting area is actually really nice with a rotating floor bed where the cars get cleaned. Has several locations. I've only been to one but I believe if you have the unlimited package, you can go to any of their locations. If you have littles and try to keep your car cleaned, this may be your answer. read more

Several times have gone there and had the premium service, now 44 dollars. Frequently have to ask to have the care vacuumed and cleaned again as the the whole crew of 8 to 10 people on a conveyor belt fail to clean off the seats, wiped down the door jams lift the seats and get under the seats and in the corners. If the car isn't cleaned well inside, what's the sense of have the outside of the car immaculate? Several times I had to get a tag a wipe the car myself as well as clean the inside. They used to be good service. Now it's declining. All we can do is wait for another competing car wash to open that's hungry for their business. If not just buy a car cover and clean your car yourself at home. A few hundred dollars we spent there will save hundreds more a year having to deal with wasted money and even more importantly, wasted time. read more

I didn't understand the signage for "full service" (which appeared to be interior cleaning) when I asked the attendant how I could get my car dried off since I didn't pay for an interior service he became annoyed and told me I should stay in the "full service" line. Having never been there I didn't know and simply asked which apparently annoyed him that I didn't understand even exterior only car washes should be serviced in the full service line. SMH so I won't be returning...if your signage is unclear and the attendants can't explain the process to new customers without being annoyed, I guess you don't need new ones! read more

This place is horrible. I went once and wasn't satisfied because the car was dirty. The second time it was dirty as well! How do you expect me to pay full price for a half azz job?! The hood of the car was dirty, the seats were untouched. The only thing they do is wipe the inside of the doors. This is ridiculous and I wish I could be refunded for both times. Zero Stars!!! I signed up for Unlimited Carwash membership on 10/9/23 at the Waldorf, MD location. When I went to get my car washed in January 2024, the attendant said there was something wrong with the card on file because my automatic payment had not been made. He asked me to give him my card and he swiped it and put another sticker on my car. I ended up being charged twice that month and twice the following month. When I contacted flagship via phone in March, they canceled one of the stickers on my car and told me to go online and request a refund of $119.98 which I did. I have since called and submitted a request to Flagship at least 8 times with no results. The last person I spoke with said the refund department stated that the stickers were for two different cars. I have only ever had one car taken to Flagship. I provided pictures showing my car with both stickers on it. On August 16, 2024, I received an email from info.flagshipcarwash.com stating that per their records, two memberships were activated for two different cars and that my request was denied. On August 18, I responded informing them again that I only have 1 vehicle and to please review the submitted photos again. The original sticker I got when I became a member is associated with my license plate. The new sticker that was placed on my car on 1/27/24 was associated with license plate # similar to mine. Their employee made a mistake, and they refuse to make this right. As of today, I have not heard back from Flagship. I reported them to BBB, and they stated that they would issue me a refund in September. I have still not received my refund to this date and I have requested that the BBB reopen this complaint. read more

This has to be the worst car wash I've ever been to. I've been going to Kleen before they sold it. The service was amazing, my car was clean and I was monthly member. Now that they sold it this company has upped the prices and you receive horrible cleaning to your car. $75 month for a $40 job. It's sad because paying a monthly membership for a full service car wash you still have to vacuum your car your own at the other location. Plus they took away air fresheners. They have literally brought all the carwashes in the area and you can't even go else where. I just wish this business would leave our area because Kleen was a much better service. read more

I used to love going here when I lived in Waldorf and decided to go back yesterday since I was in the area. HIGHLY disappointed. I asked for the Ultimate car wash which was $36 and was supposed to include interior cleaning & rim detail/tire shine. My starbucks refreshers spilled in my seat while in the car wash so I cleaned up as much as I could also thinking they would wipe my seats down. they did not. my dashboard was still dusty. my cup holder still had the cup ring inside. my rims were FILTHY. I asked "isn't rim detail apart of the package I paid for", the guy said "maybe, I don't know" then proceeds to do a half ass job on my rims because he was rushing. this morning I go to my car & literally the tire shine is so gone. I'm truly not satisfied with the service. they have gone downhill since the last time I was there. I go back inside and see that no one is available at the desk & everyone that I've asked to speak to a manager kind of smirked in my face. This is no flagship, maybe a sinking ship. This is the worst car wash that I have ever had and it cost $36.00. I had to come home and rewash the windows. I watched the lazy employees and they only did one side of the windshield and did not do the other. The one side was extremely smeared, a dirty rag I am sure. I had approximately 40 bugs still left on the windshield. I have a Black Honda Pilot which was smeared and there was so much dust and dirt on the black rims, that I also had to rewash them when I got home. The girl that was supposed to vacuum the rear of my SUV opened the rear hatch took two swipes with the vacuum and put the hatch down. True laziness Again I had to revaccum the back area. I don't know now this place stays in business, on a 1-5 I give it a minus 5. You won't be getting any more of my or my families business, there is two many other good car washes in Waldorf that do a hell of alot better job.
