I have brought my cars here over the years. Each time there was always an issue. Some memorable and repeat issues were: 1. car was soaking wet as we left. Poor drying job. 2. muddying our floor rugs when they step in the car to wipe the interior 3. Rear wiper damaged (asked multiple time to tape it down but they didn't so I ended up bringing my own tape) 4. Undercarriage washer not working Each time we brought the issue up they would shrug it off like "so what?". The last straw was the undercarriage washer. Why am I paying so much money thinking that all the salt under my vehicle is being cleaned and I won't have to worry about corrosion? Unsure how long it's been broken but I think it's unfair to their unsuspecting customers who are thinking that they're receiving the services they paid for and the fact that they may still have road salt on their undercarriage eating away at their car. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone. read more

They no longer have the same service as before to get the job done faster the quality of their service has decreased ,,They no longer vacuum under the seats and do not clean the edges of the cars either,,,And customer service is fatal. read more

This long-standing carwash changed ownership recently and doubled the cost. I give them two stars as my car is cleaner than when it went in, but the cost is prohibitive. Looks like I'll be traveling to Springfield proper in the future. read more

Just can't give these guys a glowing review; there were too many things that were missed (eg crumbs inside, dirty interior window, etc). For the price, you'd expect more. Don't know if I'll be back. read more

I asked specifically if this was a brushless car wash at the location next to Dunkin Donuts and they straight up lied. I didn't only ask 1 guy but I asked 2 and both said confidently it wasn't. By the time I get into the wash it was too late. The reason I asked was because I have a Tesla which they recommend only brushless bc it could damage the expensive sensors around the car. I got lucky no errors went off yet. If someone asks you if it's brushless answer the truth bc if anything got damaged be damned sure they will sue for damages. read more

worst place ever been to. didn't clean well. rude staff. terrible service, and on top that they steal my mat. when i told them they said there was none. i know what is in my car rather than them. will not go there anymore read more

Probably the worst car wash I have ever gotten. I paid $30 for a platinum wash. The seats didn't get vacuumed. The floor mats were soaking wet when I got in. Nothing was wiped down. And my truck had water all over it and didn't get wiped down. Would give 0 stars if it was an option. I've had $15 car washes that are better then this. Absolutely terrible read more

Totally overpriced and they don't do a good job. The problem is there is no place close to this Springfield location that will do a complete inside and outside wash. read more

I go here frequently, for the past year, and I have always gotten exceptional service, as has everybody I have seen in line. I do see some other bad reviews here and I can't speak for them, but my experiences have been all positive, and I've been here over 20 times. Perhaps all of the satisfied customers don't bother leaving a review for them, but the few unhappy ones do? These are the most hard-working, intelligent, and dedicated to customer service employees at a car wash I have ever encountered anywhere. And I drive nice cars, I have a 2016 dodge challenger, as well as the Transit, and they always take great care of it. I get a standard $28 package and it comes out looking fully detailed inside and out. I brought my Transit in today (one of our company vehicles), after it had been unused for a few months. Prior to the carwash, it actually had dirt piled up on the outside, and the insides were pretty dirty from lack of use. It was almost not drivable. After bringing it here, the thing looks and smells new. It smells clean, the inside and outside is pristine, and I don't smell that dirty, moldy/musty smell that I smelled before taking it in. They didn't even charge me additional. These guys are not here to nickel and dime you, they are here to give you the best work at the best price. I'm extremely particular and own a company myself, and I set/expect/maintain the highest standards, and this place passes the test. The service they do is amazing and the price is great. I provided a picture, but the picture doesn't even really do it justice, because i can't describe just how dirty it was, and now it's looking new again read more

Flagship Carwash - This was so dirty it was almost not drivable (was in storage). The hard-working, intelligent team here made the inside and outside brand-new - Car Wash Near Me - Springfield, Virginia

Just left the car wash about 15 min ago (see receipt) and paid $30 for the platinum wash. I'm not going to leave a 1 star review because I appreciate what the employees here do. The exterior was perfectly clean, but how is this not wiped down in the car? And don't tell me I should pay $50 for an interior "express detail" to have the console and seats wiped off. read more

Flagship Carwash - Car Wash Near Me - Springfield, Virginia

I've come here for years and the staff/service is always solid. They're well worth the money as my car always looks spotless.

Consistently great service at a great price. Be sure to get on their email list for regular promotions. They're busy on the weekends, so I recommend coming on weekdays in the morning if possible. read more

Paid for the $16 service which includes cleaning inside of windows. Rear window wasn't touched. Other windows they barely sprayed the window and only wiped left and right once. Only the driver's was completely done. read more

Before coming, I saw that the reviews weren't stellar, but I decided to try it for myself since it's so close to my place. I purchased the Deluxe and was pleasantly surprised that the interior vacuuming was part of the cost. Unlike my regular autowash spot, you leave your car as it gets washed. After the automated exterior wash, one of the employees hopped in the car to drive it to the next section to get wiped down. As I saw my car pass by, I noticed that my trunk was open. I immediately asked the employee if my trunk was open during the wash, and he stated, "No, it happened just now"...and kept walking off! I checked the inside, and the contents within were dry, so he was correct, but still, he could've taken two seconds to close it...then, I checked the interior before driving off, and I noticed large spots underneath the seats that had not been vacuumed thoroughly. My car looks better than it did before coming, but I expected a better job. I will drive the extra miles to get my car cleaned at my regular autowash spot. read more

Today I had my car wash at embassy in Springfield and if I had known it was going to rain I would have waited . Not 30 minutes later it rained vey heavily , I had my three year old grandson in the back screaming his lungs out . I was on the highway and as soon as I turned on the windshield wipers , this film of something ( like Vaseline ) started forming all over the car windows . I could not see and could not even find a place to stop . I ONLY had the basic wash so it was not like I had it waxed . I don't think I was so scared in my life , it really was like driving blind . This could have caused a serious accident and the life of my grandchild and mine or others . Be careful of these carwash companies !! Tomorrow they will hear from me !! read more

They did not do a good job in my cars.they didn't clean well inside my car and left trash I would not recommend.

Solid car wash for the money. Join their email list for half off the platinum wash after the 15th of every month. Line will be long on weekends. Just bring your phone to do things... like write yelp reviews. Welp, gotta go, time to go in the wash! read more

Service was great. Happy with result.. once a month routine for my car. Repeat customer.

Please do not waste your money. They do not vacuum the inside at all (even if you pay for it) and the quick wipe down they do on the inside is ineffective and they use dirty rags. They do a decent job on the outside but not worth the extra money. Better to go somewhere else. read more

This place is the biggest rip off and the service and wash were extremely disappointing. I paid $49.99 for an interior detail and I got my car back still dirty and with crumbs. The only real change I noticed was that the seats had been oiled up. My kids' crumbs were now still present but greasy. I'll include a before picture (first picture) and the after picture (second picture). I'll be taking my business and money elsewhere. read more

Been here before, didn't really expect a spectacular job but today was unacceptable. I nanny so my car is hideous from the kids eating/drinking in the car so I was really excited to get my interior cleaned. Yep, today was such a half ass cleaning inside. Really disappointed in the cleaning inside. You can tell they didn't even touch the seats. Also, they mark the inside of my windshield and the mark was still there when I left!!! Just smeared. read more

I have been to this Embassy Autowash a handful of times, but be wary. This past weekend on Saturday, October 15, 2016, I took my car for a wash. While en route to the car wash, I stopped at the 7-11 next door to get some cash for tip. While at the 7-11, I bought two (2) packs of gum, as well, and put them in the cup holder. After stopping at the 7-11, I proceeded to the car wash. When my car was up, I got out of my car and hung around the back and watched the workers vacuum the interior. That's when I noticed one of the workers open a pack of gum, take a piece and give a piece to another worker. It looked oddly like the pack of gum I just bought, but I was not able to see inside my car to verify that there were still 2 packs in the cup holder, where I left MY gum. I decided to wait until my car came out of the wash. However, I was so distracted by trying to ensure the workers on the other side did all the work I paid for that I drove off. About half way home, I look down and there is only one pack of gum in the cup holder!! I drove back to the car wash and spoke to the manager and confronted the worker who stole the gum. The manager had to translate as the worker did not speak English. The worker initially denied that he had stolen the gum but tried to hand me $2!!! I told the worker and manager that I did not want his money. I asked to see the pack of gum and I was able to identify it as mine. The worker finally admitted that he took the gum and apologized. However, I don't think the manager even reprimanded the worker for stealing the gum. Everyone makes mistakes, but I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS CAR WASH!!! I will also be more watchful regardless of what car wash I go to next. read more

This should be a minus of stars! Don't Take Your Car Here!!! The people who work here will steal things from your car and will reset your radio stations to Hispanic stations. I took my car there on Christmas Eve and they stole my son's iPod Shuffle from the console. They left the earbuds and took the iPod. They also changed three of my preset radio buttons to Latino stations -- which I do not listen to. When I confronted the manager about it he denied that his employees would do that but they did!!! I have gone to this carwash since it opened back in the mid 90s and in the past five years the service has gone downhill while the price has gone up! Don't take a chance on losing your hand-held electronics or CDs -- go to the carwash at the Express Station at Old Keene Mill and Lee Chapel. read more

In my experience, this is the most thorough car washing establishment in the area. Apart from a nice external wash, they have packages for internal cleaning too, the package I get washed the rubber floor mats, vaccine inside, wipe down of internal surfaces, etc. They have not more advanced packages than that, to include shampooing he floor carpets. They also have a nice selection of products inside the office. The staff works very hard and I hope everyone tips them accordingly. The business and process is run efficiently. Please Note: unless you opt for the external ONLY package, you will want to "clean for the cleaner" by taking all objects off the car floor and seats. Prep the car to receive the best clean. Many people pull up to their outdoor garbage cans to purge things from their car pre-wash. I HIGHLY recommend Embassy Car Wash. read more

This place is fast considering the volume that runs through there on a Sunday morning, but it should really be called an Auto"rinse" as the car doesn't appear to be actually washed when they're complete. I didn't get the detail, so maybe with that service the car actually gets clean? Instead I opted for the $17 wash and it was just okay. I think it could have been much better if the dry crew had done a better job, with all the water dripping off it was a collection for dirt and water spots. I'd use the place again for a quick rinse after the salt has been put down, but would look for other options for a more complete wash. read more

Paid $28 for a car wash here. My 8 year old nephew is more thorough. They didn't vacuum thoruoughly, leaving a bunch of spots. Put my floor mats back in incorrectly, completely missed the wipedown of my radio. You're better off at a gas station car wash read more

Pros: Speed, clear breakdown of packages, my car was mostly clean when I left Cons: Speed--they were so fast it was a bit fast and loose (my floor mats weren't put back correctly, the windows weren't all that clean), not a brushless wash--their website says they are the area's total service brushless wash...nope. Neutral: cost---how much is your time worth? All in all, I don't feel it was bad. Minor problems balanced with the fact that I don't feel ripped off and my car looks pretty clean. I do think they could be a little more clear about the whole brushless thing, but eh. I'd go back. read more

Reasonably priced and good service. They offer a wide variety of services to match your requirements.

I was desperate for a car wash because I was transporting 'precious cargo'...my parents. So, I quickly drove into the nearby car wash.... they accepted my coupon, and it was still close $15 for a quickie wash. The vacuum process lasts a whole 5 minutes...by 2-3 people. I honestly don't think they picked up any of the dirt...oh well...the car wash itself was good on the outside, the inside smelled nice due to a lot of 'spray', but it was just an ok job. Oh well, quick and local= A-OK. read more

As others have said.... These guys do a pretty terrible job. The entire back of my car is still dirty. The worst Embassy I've been to. Fairfax and Manassas have been much better. read more

I came here not only to see what others had said, but to leave my own review... looks like I don't need too. I can't really add anything to what the others have said... I'm from Texas and came here to get my van washed before heading back home. This place was a waste of money. They didn't vacuum the inside, nor did they bother to even try and get any of the bugs off the front of the van. I even paid extra for detailing the inside, that was a complete joke too. I basically walked in and handed them $40 to wash the outside of my van with only water. read more

55 dollar express detail was a pretty good deal! Will come back! Cheaper than Lorton car wash.

I left with a large scratch on roof. No accountability. I said to him that maybe someone had on a piece of jewelry or a button on their shirt or something on the rag that when they wiped from the front windshield to the back windshield on the roof that it left a straight deep scratch on the roof. And he claims that no one wouldn't wear any jewelry. And I asked him what could he check and check to see if they had a button on a shirt or something. But there was something Lost in Translation because clearly English isn't the first language which is not a problem but it's factual. And I felt that he should have been more concerned then what he was. I only have the car 414 days and I've been to many car washes in the area and I have never had an issue like this before. I won't be going back here at all ever again. And I may have to have a discussion with my job because we take our Fleet of vehicles here to be cleaned and I don't want to risk those Vehicles being damaged either. read more

Flagship Carwash - I left with a large scratch on roof from front to back. No accountability at all. I won't be coming back here. Car only 2 weeks old. - Car Wash Near Me - Springfield, Virginia

Overall the place is not bad. The two issues that I saw today were that their "Chassis Bath" was nothing extra. I was hoping for an under body wash (was driving on a beach, lots of sand everywhere) but there were no noiseless or hoses that would wash the under side of my truck. The second issue was the final detailing by the exit crew. My windows were dirtier then when I took it to them. Maybe, swap out those rags every few cars? hu... maybe? I ended up rewashing all the windows and mirrors on my truck when I go home to get the streaks out. read more

I went to the Embassy Autowash on Rolling Rd. on Monday, August 24th and had a very unpleasant experience. I have been using Embassy for several years (mainly the McLean and Fairfax locations) and usually have had good service. However, after returning from the beach last week I had sand and crackers from a 2 year old in my car. The people vacuuming the vehicle did not touch the back seat. The sand and crackers that were there when I took the vehicle in were still there. In my vehicle I have the rubber floor mats too and it would literally take then 10 seconds to clean it. I am very disappointed and will discontinue my business at Embassy. read more

Sadly, one of the worst car washes I have experienced. After initially refusing to use this car wash because of a previous bad experience I decided to give them another try and again was disappointed. Leaves and grass were visibly ignored and not vacuumed. Residue and food crumbs in the cup holder I would expect to be wiped. After asking them twice to fix things I just felt too awkward to ask for any additional help. read more
