The worse freaking car wash!!!! I have given them multiple chances but they always fail. You are seriously in and out. Poor job vacuuming, poor job cleaning the windows. Horrible overall job! Please don't waste your money or time. read more

They care more about speed than cleaning your car. Do not go here ever expecting to have you interior vacuumed well. And if there is a line of cars, your mats will not get taken out of the car and put in the mat scrubber. The only reason this place is in business is that there are no competitors nearby. Never pleased. read more

Absolutely horrible. Paid for the $30 wash, car was not wiped down or vacuumed properly at all. What a total rip off. Never returning again.

Wonderful! They were quick, efficient and did a great job. I had the express detail done. My car was very dirty and now it looks like a brand new car. The workers were helpful and friendly. Highly recommend. Even showed my car to my dad after and it was Approved by him! read more

I have had a few disappointing experiences in the past here, but a couple of days ago I found I had left the car's back windows open a couple of inches during 2, or maybe 3, rainstorms. (I live on third floor and can't see car from here.) They washed the car and then shampooed the back seat and rugs at no additional charge--totally unexpected and much appreciated. Alas, no shopvac--so I took car to a dealer next day for that. The dealer's detailer said the guy at the carwash had done a really nice job--a compliment from someone who knew what he was talking about. Maybe this carwash is under new management? read more

I had several spills in a few days in my car including gasoline. I took the car to Embassy and scheduled an appointment for detailing the interior and an ozone treatment. The cleaning worked and the smells were gone. The detailing made the car look new inside. Thank you folks. That could not have been easy. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would! Platinum wash is not worth your money, we had to tell them to shine the tires. So quick to take your money the service is horrible it doesn't even look like they vacuumed. We live close by and gave them numerous chances but that's it! Worst $28 I have ever spent. read more

Went today to Embassy Autowash for the first time for a car wash. I was very pleased with both the wash and the services that come with it at no extra charge. These services include a staff 1) vacuum of your car's floor mats & trunk; 2) windex spray & clean of the interior wind-shield & windows of your car; and 3) thorough towel wipe down of you car's exterior after the car wash. I got Embassy Autowash's "Platinum" wash for $28 (see their website for what it & other wash options include), and used a $5 off coupon available on their website, so the wash cost me only $23. Overall I was quite impressed with Embassy Autowash's service and value for money. My car shines & looks almost new after the car wash. Thank you to the entire Embassy Autowash team at Springfield. read more

Paid for platinum twice the car is never clean. This time they didn't even vaccuum and told me I was good. I said so platinum is only a wash and the lady said yes as she is smearing bird poop all over my car. I talked to the girl at desk and shade the guy come.clean it he said vaccuum the back is $1 extra. I said shouldn't you vaccuum at all? I wouldn't pay for.this.place. when he was done vacuuming I realized there was bird crap all over my car a till and I said can you wipe this off and he gave me.attitude then wouldn't speak to me. 100 people.working 99 standing around. They don't do half the services listed. Don't get scammed go elsewhere. read more

I went there because I had a gift card. I had the deluxe and sorry to say I might as well have done it myself. They never cleaned the back at all. I have two kids with a cheerio throwing problem and low and behold the Cheerios weren't vacuumed up. My car is still a mess so I went to the gas station and did it myself. What a waste. read more

Not the best place to go if you're looking for a thorough car wash. I only go when my white car is in desperate need of attention and it's down the street from my house. Maybe better luck in other locations? read more

I've been going here for a long time. They do a decent job. I'm on an email list that gives me half off on the washes. They could do a better job of wiping down the cars after they come out the wash. Especially the plastic gaurds on the bottom edges of my suv. I used to get waxes/details here too, but the last few times I've gone, they've given me an excuse why they couldn't do it. They advertise it, so it's a bit disappointing. And they claim you don't need to make an appointment for the basic detail job. Guess I'll have to find a different place for detailing. read more

Never again. I have a car like most that has the unlock and lock mechanism attached to the key. I pulled up, told them I've never been there and asked for guidance, I was told to leave the key, given options for what I wanted, and left the car for them to put through the wash. Minutes later I'm asked if I know the code to unlock my car cause they locked the key inside! No I don't have the code never had it. Then we stand there and the manager asks if I want him to unlock it, it happens sometimes and they have the kit to unlock it. Seriously? No, it's cool I'll just leave my car running sitting there! Duh! Unlock the car fool! Then when they're done "cleaning" it no one says it's done they just stand there. I get in my car, um my 7 yr old could've vacuumed it better. Total waste of Time money and my patience. read more

Not going back. Poor job. No thoroughly cleaning. I had to ask for my seats to be wiped down....not detailed but clean damp cloth contact. Vacuum the entire car not just the first two rows when there is carpet behind the seats that don't count as the trunk. I'm just mad that customers rarely get what their hard earned money pay for. Do better please. read more

Dont EVER go here. I just got off the phone with the manager after my unopened mail that was in the passenger seat of my car disappeared while my car was being cleaned. He essentially told me that I must have misplaced it even though i know where my mail was because I put it in the seat on my way to the carwash so it would not be in the way. He said they checked the trash and there was not any mail in the trash so apparently someone took it out of my car. read more

I've given this car wash location two tries and both times I have been very disappointed. For $30 Interior not cleaned completely. Mats not put back on the floor but thrown on a seat with the seat still down and not put back in the upright position. trunk area not vacuumed. Employee said that doesn't come with a $30 package.I had to seek someone out to complete the cleaning. read more

If you want your car to get "cleaner" or to not look like it was driving on dirt or a farm, then this is the place to go. If you are looking for a "like new" look with no evidence of dirt, then you will not get it here. Even with their express clean (which is 10 times better than a regular wash and vacuum, but also pricier starting at $45), there will still be spots neglected. I don't even think speed is the issue. I sat outside on the bench and watched them "detail" my car. They say it takes 30 minutes but it was taking them 40 minutes. One lady was going back and forth on the door frame with a washcloth for what seemed like 10 minutes. Really? Either she was trying to kill time or was waiting for someone else to clean other areas of my car, I'm not sure. I can do better with my own hands and quality car cleaning supplies- but aint no one got time for that! Is this still my go-to place? Yes- I come here on average once a month. Do I always leave with a clean car? Yes. Do I think there's better out there- YES, and until I find out where that place is, I will continue to come to this A-OK place. read more

My review reaffirms what most everyone has said. I received a coupon for a car wash -- half off $28 for Platinum clean. I was expecting a clean car. When the receptionist told me the wash would only take five minutes, I immediately felt ripped off. $28 for a five minute wash? You can down the street and get the same wash for $8 and pay $1.00 to vacuum your own car. For $9, I can get far better results. Worse, my friends laughed at me afterward after hearing I had paid for a car wash as it was STILL DIRTY -- floors not properly vacuumed, dirty windows, dirt on car sides. I only paid $14, with coupon but would never go back. Reading about how these people try to charge you credit cards for amounts far in excess of what you agreed to worry me too -- now I have to worry about having my cc jacked. The place appears run by recent poor immigrants who don't speak a word of English ripping off stupid Americans of their hard earned money. These scam artists make a fortune. I see cars wrapped around the block going to this place. They move cars in and out, doing a sloppy job and charging a fortune for it. This place is the McDonalds of car washes that charges the rate of fine dining, overcharges, delivers poor service, and then laughs at the gullible dupes who patronize them and keep returning for the rip off and poor treatment. read more

Decided to have my wife's car cleaned to lift her spirits before picking her up from a one week stay at the hospital. Never my first choice for a car wash but it was convenient. Both the tire and rim were damaged by their tracks. The manager told me to bring the car back and he would "look at it" but I already knew how that conversation would go as he was already telling me that there is no way their wash would have caused damage like that. Approximately $800 later the car is back in good shape but I will never be using Embassy again. read more

It's a shame the area doesn't have more car washes. We will definitely not be returning to this car wash. We drove straight to a gas station to vacuum the floor mats, because they did such a terrible job. It would be one thing if our floor mats were incredibly dirty or had food mashed into them. They were/did not, but we had to spend extra money and time vacuuming them ourselves. Unbelievable. read more

This place is a rip off. Paid 17 for a deluxe wash and the car just zips along. Even after 5 guys "dry" the car, it still had water everywhere, bugs all over the front and they did not clean my wheels like I paid them for. read more

Now I understand why this place only has one and a half stars. For an Embassy Autowash, this location really misses the mark. I chose the Ultimate Wash, and luckily I had a coupon so it came to $18.00. I was really unhappy with the lack of effort, the pictures Yelpers have posted are no exaggeration. Won't be coming back. At least the outside is clean. read more

I recently received the Express 30 min. detailing. I am so mad that I paid for that service. They did not clean the console between the seats, they did not clean the side pockets of the doors, they did not wipe the dash around the radio and on top. How can you miss that kind of stuff?. I agree with the other writers.. the inside employees are not helpful and really are not customer service friendly. I could accept that if the detail was done at least to a satisfactory level. I hope the manager Glenn makes some improvements and soon.. read more

In this case, I'd rather wash my car myself. Service may be cheap but then again you get what you pay for. I learned that lesson. I drove by here to get my car washed. An attendant with the autowash went up to each car to get some information about the service the drivers wanted. When he came up to me, I couldn't understand what the hell he was saying. I guess it doesn't matter whether you speak English or not when employed at this business. When I got confused about something he told me, he looked at me like I was some sort of dummy. That was the start of already bad service. Everything seemed to be in a rush. There wern't any instructions posted while driving up to the washing machine tunnel as far as what you should put in the trunk of your vehicle, taking things out etc. I had to learn everything by watching the next guy in front of me. Going up to the cashier was a different story. She didn't smile, didn't seem interested about customer service, didn't say hello or thank you, and appeared lazy. I got out to find my car outside of the tunnel. They have like 4-6 people cleaning the inside of your car when it leaves the tunnel. This process takes like maybe 10-15 seconds at most. Ridiculous. No wonder my car still didn't look fully cleaned, because they were way too fast in trying to get it cleaned. It's funny how they have a "TIP" box outside for you to give tips as if they actually worked hard to clean your car and tried to give you the best customer service ever. Ha, yeah right, what a joke. All they care about here at Embassy is getting through as many cars as they can and collecting as much money as they can while doing the least work possible, not caring about your vehicle at all. I will be going to a different autowash location in the future, even if it's farther away from my home, because there's no way I'm ever coming back here. read more

It's fast, but the wash here doesn't get your car clean enough. There are areas that seem almost completely untouched, and sticky things like bug splatter will probably still be on your car after the wash. The crew seems to do an OK job but the machine just isn't that good. read more

0 stars...waste of money. I went for the ultimate expecting the car to be wiped clean. You're better off going to a shell automated wash and let the air dry it for you. WASTE OF MONEY!!! read more

Horrible service, rude employees that do an "okay - at best" job. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

This is the best automated car-wash chain I have been to. I feel all of them have done about the same job on my car but I frequent this one more often. Its a bit expensive ($20+ for the ultimate) but they basically get everything done, vaccum, windex and wash all in about 5min plus however long the line is. They will always miss a spot or two, but considering how fast they clean the cars this would be expected. For much higher fees you can get your car detailed. I once bought an armor all detail package and they guy did a great job. Thing is, if your going to pay someone and just wait there why not just do it yourself! read more

This is our go-to spot for our cars. They do such a great job - we get the express interior and always leave with a car that looks like we just drove it out of the dealership brand new it's so clean. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place that will give a quality clean car without the high prices other washes/detailers will charge! read more

I've been going here for several years and have noticed recently how much worse the quality has gotten. Today I took in our car post-beach trip and I had to remind them to do the trunk (which I paid for), found several areas not touched and dog hair everywhere. I'm pretty sure I vacuumed more out of this van than they did. Last time, won't be going back read more

What a crappy car wash. I probably won't be returning after giving them three chances. The last time I paid $3 extra to clean the wheels but i watched how they brush two (!) of the wheels with a broom (!) and at the end there was still a lot of brown dirt all over the wheels. The drying crew dries only 30-40% of the water and the car still drips when they think they're done. They also ignore the door jambs, which they promise to wipe on the description of the wash. The cashier could work on being more friendly too. A truly pathetic operation. read more

Flagship Carwash - This is the result of a $3 "wheel treatment" charge - Car Wash Near Me - Springfield, Virginia

Do yourself a favor. Go to express stop on old keene mill and pay $8. You get the same wash as $20 here. Vacummed the visible areas of the floor, ran it through the car wash dried the outside then the windows. To actually get the inside wiped down, costs $42.50 for an express detail. read more

I don't visit car washes as much as I used to before moving here 10 years ago due to the fact they are few and far between (minus the gas station style ones) and the main part of my car that gets dirty is the interior. I just happened by Embassy on Saturday when there was no line (a rarity) so I thought I'd give it a shot, purchasing the Express Interior package for $44.95. While it took a little longer than I expected, the team that worked on the interior of the car did a great job with the windows, cleaning, carpet shampooing, tire shine, and armor all application. I think the exterior wash was just fine so I might recommend bumping up to the Ultimate Wash if that's the only reason you are going. I'll probably be back for a once or twice a year cleaning since they did a great job making my interior look the best is has in years which was exactly what I was hoping for. read more

I've lived in Springfield for years and I've had family go to Embassy to get car washes pretty often but I've never been. For Father's Day I thought I'd have the family car detailed and for 40$ they did a great job. Having read about the busyness that can happen I made sure I called ahead and the girl at the desk wasn't very knowledgeable and unenthusiastic but she gave me the information I needed. I took my car to them and was told it would be about 30 minutes. It ended up taking over an hour. It was okay because they took the time to really clean the carpets in my car that were stained with coffee and just a plain mess. Everything seemed great, the Armorall treatment was good too. Everything was well vacuumed and nothing was missing. I did end up giving a tip to the guy who worked so hard on my carpeting. Overall, I'd give it a four for poor up-front service but providing an affordable and adequate service of interior detailing. read more

Paid an extra $3 for tire shine. Wound up being the crap a machine spits out, not them actually putting on tire shine. Wheels were still dirty, and all they did was hose down my floor mats and left them in the truck soaking wet. Completely unimpressed. read more

Does an OK job. Lift up your kids car seats or they won't clean under them. Will skip the back windows on a van also if you let them.

I have been going to Embassy Auto Wash for over a decade, and their service is always good. Today, I took my wife's Subaru Forester for an exterior detailing which only takes about 45 minutes. They did a fantastic job. Moreover, the attendant made sure he covered every part of the exterior service. He did things like cleaning all the door jambs and door edges. An SUV is hard to wax the top, but he did that and paid special attention to the cargo carrier. I highly recommend this company, and I have my kids and their spouses bring their cars here as well. Great job guys. read more

I have gone to this place for as long as I can remember and ever since I bought my new car in April I've gone at least once a week or even more so I am a VERY loyal customer even though the wash isn't that great. I get the deluxe because I like my tires and rims to be extra clean but the last few times I've noticed that the tire shine hasn't been really applied even though I pay extra for it. On Sunday I brought this up and asked if they could add a little extra tire shine on my tires after my car came out and you would've thought I was asking for a free car wash with the way they reacted to my request. After this experience I refuse to ever go back to this car wash and I will tell everyone I know not to give them any business. read more

I was desperate to get the salt of my car so I was hoping this place would do a good job. NOPE. They spent maybe 2 minutes wiping the inside and outside of the car. There are streaks alp over the windows and I even had to have the lady rewipe the dash because they're were splashes of cleaner everywhere and they didn't wipe the dash anyway. I had some sugary stuff that had spilled in the console and they didn't even vacuum that up. No not impressed. Will not return. I will stick work White Horse car wash in Woodbridge. read more

I have never seen such a sloppy job! Got home and realized they never even vacuumed the back! Stay away it is a joke
