I'm sadly selling this magnificent vehicle--given the DMV is the worst place in America if not the world to drive a car of any value or one you remotely care about--and they got it showroom ready in a few hours. I actually stuck around the shop to watch them work and they were all cool af and speak with. I plan to take my next vehicle there at least twice a year for their signature detail work. I went through the car wash today, and immediately afterward, I noticed several scratches in the…read morecenter of the hood--some of them quite deep. The photos don't even capture how bad they truly are. I went back right away to speak with the manager. At first, he seemed polite and helpful, but it quickly became clear that he had no real intention of assisting me. Instead of addressing the damage, he kept making excuses, insisting that if the scratches had been caused by their equipment, they would appear in multiple spots. He repeated this over and over, to the point that I finally told him I understood--yet he kept explaining it anyway. I do understand that if a rock or debris was caught in their flaps, it could cause similar scratches throughout the car. However, I have a convertible, so the only large, flat surface is the hood. Despite this, he insisted I go through the wash again, and sure enough, ANOTHER scratch appeared. This time, he claimed it wasn't in the same pattern, repeating his explanation all over again. I'm beyond frustrated and disappointed. I love this car and take excellent care of it--it's NEVER even been in the rain because I keep it safely in the garage. I've attached pictures of the incident report and the scratches, but they don't do justice to how bad the damage really is. I think some of it might be buffed out, but unfortunately, many of the scratches are deep in the paint.

I did not get to use Think Eco for their detailing service because they made it incredibly…read moredifficult to schedule an appointment. Starting with their dilapidated website, which contains no helpful information. Despite offering to book online, the website is non functional. Instead I call a phone number on the website. I get a "hello". Maybe if I was a business I would answer the phone more professionally. Did I reach a car detailing service or a pizza place or just some random dude. The lack of professionalism continues. Once we get past the initial awkwardness, they offer a same day appointment. I am asked to text the details (phone number, email address, car info) to the phone number. Basically, I've got to do all of their paperwork for them. They don't respond to the text. I don't know if I've been confirmed for the appointment or not. They eventually confirm the appointment after I prompt them I contact them. They estimate 2 hours, so I bring my whole family on two cars and drive 30 minutes. Their location is in a mall parking lot. Not super professional either. Now that I've arrived, they tell me that it will take longer than expected and they can't do it until Monday. It has already disrupted my afternoon. Despite my frustration with wasting an hour with nothing to show, I ask them to send me a quote. They never did Seems like a shady business that makes false promises. Won't put anything into writing. Buyer beware!

The first time I went to South Riding and got an exterior wash, I turned left and went through the interior cleaning area. The guy seemed upset even though there were no directions posted. The second time, I turned the correct direction and got the exterior wiped down. However, they didn't apply the tire shine. I had to ask them to do it. Since I rolled my window down I now have streaks on the glass.

I don't know what the hell was going on yesterday. Pulled into line around 6pm behind four cars…read morewaiting because the booth was totally unmanned. Even if we could order at the automated kiosk, apparently no one was even there to raise the gate. It took at least 5 minutes for someone to come out, but not before one driver moved the stanchions so he could drive away. Ymmv, but it usually bothers me that they hire a guy to read me through a completely automated process, reading me the choices, making my selections, and even swiping my card in the reader. I asked him if his sole job was to hold the hand of every mature adult with a college degree; he said that's what he's paid for. In effect, another living wage for doing nothing. I could tell the conveyor belt was faster than usual, and the results reflected it. My car was not completely dried, the inside glass was streaked, the outside glass was spotted, and in general a rather poor job. Seriously thought about going through the line again to make sure they did it right the second time, but my time is valuable and i had things to do.

Today there were 4 people doing the final wipe down and finishing touches for the wash. Since I've never been sure how many times I would need the car wash throughout the year, I've been paying as I go. They do have semi-anual and annual packages that have a better value, and perhaps I will consider that option for next year.
