They sent a replacement socket immediately, and even though we had already said that we would settle for that, Anton still managed to get a request for a replacement chandelier - that came in just a few days after the replacement part that we were happy with! In addition, in the showroom he was also knowledgeable, polite, and likeable. We are extremely happy that we managed to buy this iconic piece, in production since the early 1950's, specifcally at Ligne Roset and specifically from Anton. We will definitely go back to the store, and him, whenever we need something that they might have!
