The only thing to be aware of (and this might be the case with all moving companies) is they will not move cleaning chemicals or alchohol. However, the movers were kind enough to package this stuff up for us to move ourselves. The guys were very professional and courteous. ZERO complaints.

Almost one month later, they called (after I emailed treating to sue) to let me know they shipped out the brackets. In the middle of the move, one mover left and another came with no notice and there was no movement for 45 mins, yet I'm paying by the hour. Once again, Louis was prompt and courteous with his communication via text. He gave me a reasonable price. He scheduled the move within a few days. He showed up exactly on time on the agreed upon day of pick up. He and his helper (who are both super fit) were skilled, efficient, and careful with the move of my two person cedar sauna. (Louis is terribly allergic to cedar wood, I found out! lol) The sauna arrived without a mark on it. I will also say that most moving companies would not work with me on moving the sauna. I only got two bids back. They missed out because it was a simple 30 min job that resulted in straight up cash. Thank you, Louis! I will be happy to work with you a third time.

The excellent reviews helped me make my decision, and I'm so glad they did. Tony contacted me the day of the move to let me know the crew was running ahead of schedule and asked if it would be okay to arrive early. They arrived as promised, handled everything professionally, and completed the move within the agreed-upon timeframe. The checkout process was quick, easy, and hassle-free. I wasn't able to be there in person, and this was my daughter's first experience with hiring movers, so we weren't sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised by how smoothly everything went. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional moving company.

They didn't bring an appliance dolly, and I SPECIFICALLY told them to be careful with the refrigerator so as not to tear the flooring -- and then they tore up the flooring in our brand new home. They did pay our repair person to fix this but there's no reason they should not have had the proper equipment to move the refrigator as it was on our inventory. We then found a dent in the door of said brand new refrigerator. We then discovered the master bedroom dressor is coming apart, and the drawers no longer work because of this. Also a brand new piece of furniture. They didn't handle things with care. They were in a hurry to get to their next job that afternoon, and quality suffered. The guys who came out were friendly and personable, but that does not excuse the mishandling of our belongings. I can't recommend this company at this point. Seguin, TX

I just now realized that I did not finish the review and all I did was leave five stars this visit was for the carpenter to take down all the wooden blinds from every one of my windows, and remove them from my home. The carpenter was efficient, prompt, and very pleasant. Two days ago, I filled out a online request of tasks that I needed to be completed. I immediately received a response from Fix it Freddy and an appointment for today. The carpenter David completed the tasks that I had listed on the online request and was very open with completing other tasks that I kept adding while he was in my home. All in all, from hanging a curtain rod, adjusting two doors, replacing a door lock set, and then painting the doors which was an afterthought of mine. I highly recommend Fix it Freddy and I will continue to benefit from their fine craftsmanship.
