In addition, we were made aware that he is still representing himself as being affiliated with a company he has not been employed with for over a year, which raised further concerns for our team during this process. As a custom home builder, we value communication, accountability, and professionalism in every partnership, and this experience did not meet those standards. We understand delays can happen in construction, but transparency and follow-through are critical when handling client projects and funds. We hope this matter is resolved appropriately, but we felt it was important to share our experience so other contractors, vendors, and homeowners can make informed decisions.
