The media and 100 other people just sitting angry for hours. We kept renting through them anyhow because hey mistakes happen. Well this morning was the last draw. We again have a high priority project with a high profile airport sculpture move and they bring us the wrong lift! It's a tiny little forklift and we ordered a huge one to lift 3 times what this will do and they offer no solution except a "my bad" and the order was even taken by a manager! Called United rentals for the first time and they are going to fix everything in an hour! Never trust your business or your reputation with this place it's a garbage rental source. Oh I forgot one time they rented me a lift and it stopped running while I had a huge bolder hanging over a roadway and they couldn't get anyone there to check it out as the forks were out in traffic! And another time one of their lifts broke while we were installing a sculpture out in the woods in a park here and ruined our job and job site as they had to literally drag it out of the woods it was so broken!

Called 3 times a day mostly message machine that I could not ever leave a message. Went to the office and showed the lady the 7 photos of rocks in the yard. She expressed that it is not supposed to be like that. The lady went outside to find owner, he came in a few minutes later. I held my hand to introduce myself and he looked perplexed. I shared the photos of top dressing for my zoysia. He said he just had finished a job and there was no problem with the 4 way mix. What does that have to do with my issue He expressed that I had the wrong topping for the zoysia. It should have been this dressing and pointed to it. I shared that I pay for 4 way mix..that was wrong product for my grass. This was told by 4 people 4 different times I called to make sure I was ordering right product. I said am I supposed to pick up a thousand rocks and he said I can not do anything about it. How would you handle this situation?

Bought in Dec. 2019, installed in 2020 We previously had Caeserstone in our Austin home before and had no problems. Even though we were VERY careful, tried to remove any stains when saw them ( coffee was a culprit) they developed and were impossible to remove. Then we noticed the brown staining around our high end faucet, even though we tried to keep that part clean. We bought a new whole house water softener about six months after getting this quartz installed and my husband, an engineer, kept it maintained regularly. The brown stains got worse and worse until we had the MSI reps out in 2024. Our installer did everything they could to help us, having two MSI representatives from San Antonio over to look at that. One of the men, the "expert". said he had not seen this before but only give us a partial rebate for the counter section that included the sink. We did not want to just replace that one portion because the rest of the countertop ( three other sections) had issues with staining as well. We cleaned just like the Q Premium Natural Quartz directions from MSI said to clean, the Care & Use information. It states " follow these simple care and use guidelines and your Q ™ countertop will provide you with many years of trouble free use." ( NO IT WON"T!!!) They should have replaced the whole set of countertops; we, of course, would have gone through them and then paid the additional cost to get quartzite. We will NEVER again buy quartz, but ESPECIALLY not from MSI! I am writing this so homeowners will know about this defective product. This took me a lot of time to research; apparently, the Q line of MSI is now made in South Carolina but it was made in INDIA when we bought ours ( you will never see that on MSI"s website!) At least at that time, probably now too, if a product is made in India or China, there was a problem with production oversight in those overseas countries and that has to do with having too high level of resin in the quartz. If these countertops had over 90% quartz, which they advertize now, I am sure that we would NOT have had these problems. I have been meaning to write up this bad review so that other BUYERs will know. Caveat emptor, which means Let the buyer beware!" Only 60% of quartz is in the MSI slabs instead of 90% like they claim and 40% of cheap polymer resins that will create stains, scratches and chips very easily. We had our kitchen countertops installed on July 22, 2020 and on the next day we had watermark stains and rings from glasses, ring from vitamix container all over the countertops and the island. We sent photos to the owner and he is willing to replace all the counters. We are looking for GRANITE LIGHT SLABS and will never buy quartz again. We have never seen such a cheaply made product that will create stains from WATER the next day. (exceprted from that review )

When I got to the store, I found the product I wanted but it wasn't marked at the sale price. I asked one of the associates about it and he told me to just show the add at checkout. He also informed me Stihl would not allow Northern to honor the military discount. I met Jason at the register and he was quickly able to verify the sale price and it was applied. Jason got me started with warranty and registration paperwork while he got the unit prepared to demo. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with the demo/ product. He made good recommendations about what kind of fuel to use as well as what not to use and why. He explained in great detail the process for warranty, repairs and parts. I am very pleased with the service I received today even though I didn't receive a military discount. I highly recommend this store.
