I needed to pick up some samples of rock for one of his subcontractors. They had a meeting in the morning with the Owner rep. My husband called ahead so that they would be ready because I would not know what was needed. Somehow the samples were not ready and my contact was not there. Pat not only greeted me very kindly, told me where to go, and then when he realized I hadn't gotten helped, took care of it and insured that the samples were what I needed and put in my car. The gentleman on the forklift that brought me the samples was very nice and told me what each sample was. Roger was very sweet and also greeted me inside and waved to me when I left when he was outside walking his client to their car. These two gentlemen clearly understand the importance of good customer service. If there is a way to have them be your rep I would recommend both of these gentlemen.
