I got my iPhone 7 screen fixed here because the reviews were pretty good. Let e just say, it's wasn't cheap. It's been a about 3 months since I got the service done. About 1 month ago my phone started acting up. It's started dialing itself, freezing and doing all kinds of weird stuff. So, I go to the apple store. Apparently, when you go to these "tech repair" stores, they literally just replace the screen and the sensitivity of the touch screen and then gets messed up. Apple said they would replace my screen for a charge of $150. And I got charged around $80-$100 at this repair shop thinking I was saving money. I should of just went to Apple. read more

The owner was nice & helpful, but was not around during our repair. The employee that was there was either way over loaded w/repairs or high as a kite! He was just not there! Extremely frustrating!! Dropped off husbands iPhone w/cracked screen at about 10:30am. Was told will be ready in an hour... no call to pick up so we called at 12:10, said not ready. They finally called us at 1:28 & said the only screen they had in the store for his iPhone 7 was defective & another one was just ordered & would be there in 15 mins (weird). I told them my husband works the night shift & needs his phone by 2pm (remember it was promised by 11:30 am originally!!) b/c he has a long drive to work & I'm home alone with 2 kids so it's important that I'm able to reach him & vice versa! He said ok by 2 for sure. I clarified again & said just tell me now because I can take it to a different store! He said np ready by 2... my husband goes to pick it up around 2:15 & sits there for another HOUR!! Still not ready & now he's saying he thinks he broke the phone completely because just the Apple would show up on the screen & the button didn't respond at all. They said they will get it working or replace it but now husband must leave or will be late for work & no phone for the night! I called later at 6:56 to check progress & they said it's ready & they were gonna call but the only number they had was the number of the phone they had at the store. Not true because they called my phone at 1:28 earlier that same day! Anyhow they said the connectors for the button needed to be cleaned & it's back up & running! I go in & pick it up the next morning & the owner is now there & apologetic/embarrassed. Agrees to give me $6 off for my hassle & a free screen protector. Nice gesture but very annoying run around!! We will not be returning for service in the future but wish the owner luck. read more

Fixenter provides exceptional service! They were able to get all my pictures, videos, etc.. off my iphone X after it stopped functioning due to water damage. I initially took it to apple, and they could only fix it if the issue was the battery, which it wasn't. I had already purchased a new phone, my main concern was my photos and videos that were not backed up. Apple wasn't able to assist. So thankful for Fixenter! I had a crack in my screen so I took it to them to get the screen replaced. They fixed it super fast and warrantied it for future problems (except cracks), so when I noticed that there was a problem with the backlight later on, they were super cool about fixing it again and didn't charge me! Went here to get my cracked screen fixed on my iphone and the service was great. After getting my screen fixed my phone progressively had problems such as freezing and lack of calibration. My phone never had problems before this and the problems keep getting worse. My friend also got her cracked screen fixed here within just a few days of me and is having the exact same issues. Both of us are now looking into getting new phones. I would not recommend getting your screen fixed here. read more

I hate to not give these guys a good review because they're very personable and chill, but I've had several issues when taking my devices here for repairs. Twice they made repairs before giving me a price quote when I had specifically just asked for a diagnostic check first which they assured would be free. They seem to be disorganized for a couple of reasons: they didn't label my charger and couldn't find it, so they just gave me one that was laying on the front desk. I'm unsure if it's actually mine and I had purchased a new expensive charger just a few days before dropping off my laptop, so I might now have a used charger. They also didn't label my case a separate time and had to search for it for a while and hoped it was actually mine when they found one with my description. Also, they made assumptions about what repair was to be made without first doing a diagnostic and almost made me pay for a part they were ordering for it when I was just dropping it off, but I asked them to wait, and it turned out that part wasn't the issue so it would've been a waste of money. Additionally, they didn't replace my fan the first time but only cleaned it, so I had to take it back in to get repaired a second time. They told me it would be ready in a few days but instead they took a week and a half and didn't call to update or apologize for the delay. They didn't charge me for the labor the second time though since they didn't solve the issue the first time, so that's a plus. read more

It all started when I spilled coffee on my laptop and then contacted other computer repair places and they couldn't fix it. So I found Fixenter and they were able to fix a micro soldering problem by connecting the brain of the computer to the battery and now it works perfect. I needed to install a condenser and a relay on my electronic board. I purchased both the items from Amazon just for $8. I removed the old condenser but could partially remove the old relay from the electronic board due to poor soldering equipment. I called the shop a day before and they said that they will charge me $30 for the job. However, when I went next day they charged $50. The extra $20 is not that big a deal but I felt bad that they didn't keep their word. However, they did the great job and did it right-away, which was nice. read more

"THIS PLACE WILL SCAM YOU" I took my I phone 7 in because I had a problem with charging and they told me it they would fix to came back later and it would cost $100. I never got a text back to come in so I had to call twice until it was ready which took 2 weeks. I got my phone and they ended up raising the price to $150. Then I took my phone home and it ended up having other problems So I just went to my sprint store and now the other problems costed $250. I went back and I couldn't get a refund so I ended up buying a new phone and I lost $150 dollars because of this place. I would never come here. Save your money and go to an apple store. read more

Went in on Friday to troubleshoot cell phone issues and was told need to replace screen but did not have the part but was promised the ordered part will be delivered on next day around 10 am to 12:30 pm and actual installation takes only 30 minutes. Therefore, with that promise, asked to order to get it fix. Called next morning on the status of parts ordered and was told delivery guy overslept/ had issues but that it'll be picked up and phone fixes promised so I went there and left my cellphone so once parts get picked up, there'll be no delay. This was around noon. When I didn't hear anything on the status and it was going 5:30 pm, called to check on status only to be told the parts place closed at 3 pm and the delivery guy had car issues so got there little after 3 pm. I was mad that if you knew only reason I left my cellphone was due to being fixed that day, least someone could do was give me curiosity call so at least I could go to another more reliable and dependable location. Dropped off Samsung S6 phone to replace charging port and job was done fast and professionally, but as it happens with this job the microphone got fried in the process. They then replaced the complete circuit board for the charging port and mic for free. The guy there is tirelessly dedicated to providing top quality service. He tries do most jobs on the spot if he's not busy or within two hours, which I think is pretty awesome because most of us don't like to be apart from our phone for very long. read more
