(I've been trying to get them out to my house since JULY 2024 to fix an issue). Additionally, their work is S.H.I.T. They used my original (outdated!) HVAC duct system that is patchy and full of holes and didn't replace any of the insulation or properly reinstall it at the least... resulting in a breeding ground for mold every time we have a hot and humid day, as well as my indoor vents and fireplace dripping water from heavy condensation. Now the drywall inside my garage around the system has turned to mold and they aren't returning my calls. I'm done playing phone tag. This is the work they'll sell to you and apparently take pride in, and then tell you their crap work isnt "covered" in your contract when asking them to replace it, when the initial work wasn't done properly to begin with. Do your research into these companies. Update 11/12/2024: Keith came over to look at the damage and refused accountability. Raised his voice multiple times reiterating that duct work isnt included in my contract but acknowledged they used the old existing duct system (which created this issue) You'd think when requesting a NEW HVAC SYSTEM that the DUCT work would be replaced as I'm requesting and paying for a new system or ensure your customers are aware this is NOT INCLUDED UP FRONT - you are setting your customers up for failure and running your business quite shady. As every time I call, I get the run around you're caring for the elderly which is why I don't get contacted for weeks at a time - I'd think as a company you'd have more integrity. I do not appreciate the lack of accountability and disrespect towards customers who have concerns. It took over 6 weeks to have someone contact me back, come to my house and disrespect me while telling me to contact a lawyer. I was excited to have found our new Heating and Air Company and wanted to sign a service contract. They had a new software system, so they couldn't send it out yet. Over the next few months, I called and texted Eric's cell and the company line where I spoke to an operator. They either didn't respond or put me off. This happened 5 or 6 times. Sadly, I can't trust a company that won't return calls or send out a service contract. Back to looking for a new company. Too bad, because I liked their work.
