He said it's the control board. Replaced that but it still doesn't work. He went to the apt last month claiming he was going to replace something or the other but did NOTHING. Just opened up the unit and pressed reset and left. Since then the unit has not been functioning and I have left him so many messages. He simply will not respond. Crazy thing is I have been under warranty all along. He himself told me that if it continues to not work he WILL replace the whole unit. But now that it's time to do that (it's been a whole year of not working!!!), he will not return my messages. He is very prompt with sending invoices so he can get paid but zero professionalism when it comes to honoring his end of the deal. I paid a lot for this unit and it's unfair that I'm stuck with a lemon with no recourse. I have already told my friends not to use him and now I'm posting this review as a warning to others. Jon starts out very communicative to get the business but once there's an issue, he is nowhere to be found. I am considering also registering a complaint with the BBB.
