Communication is key! Nick responded to all questions. Courteous, friendly and professional. Nick installed a kitchen faucet and replaced shut off valves and water supply lines, garbage disposal and shower head and S bar. Additionally, 7 outlets were replaced too. He also removed a wood rotted balcony railing...AND HAULED AWAY!! I felt his estimate was reasonable and had no hesitation asking him to return to do more much needed work around my broke down palace! read more

Nick was so incredibly patient with us! The whole electricity had gone out in our garage and tried everything to get it to work. When he came over, he showed us the one little step we were missing so that way if it happens again, we can fix it! Thank you Nick for being so quick and non judgmental for our easy fix read more

Thanks for reaching out to try and rectify what happened but I have already completed the work with someone else. Updated my review for you for reaching out to try and correct the issue. read more

How about this for service? We contact Nick. Text particulars about handy job needed, send him photos, and he commits to visiting our house for the quote. His price is extremely reasonable and he's easy to talk to. We reached an agreement and since he was prepared to do the work...it got done! Yes, all within a 24 hr period. I highly recommend Fix it Nick because he backs up his company name with service. Update #2! Nick just managed another, much larger job, for us. We asked him to paint all our kitchen cabinets and also paint the front and back of our front door. All of the work looks exceptional and best of all it was done without lag time between completing the job. Nick is reliable, honest, and reasonable. Thank you nick! read more

I called, emailed, submit a quote request here through Yelp weeks ago. I explained specifically what the problem was. No response at all. Even if you think the job was too small to take, at least give me a call back just to say no. It's your reputation. I was really surprised a business would simply completely ignore customers like that. read more

We were in the process of selling our home and needed a few things fixed before putting it on the market. A neighbor recommended Nick to us and we were pleased with his price and work. We had a laundry list of things to take care of so Nick brought on a second guy to help knock everything out in a day (replaced bedroom fan & hallway light fixture, install smoke/carbon detectors, reinstall rain gutter, replaced and paint wood trim on house due to dry rot, replace door knob, tighten sink knobs, replace door stoppers, replace toilet valves). He was able to fix everything except the screen doors which were too damaged to run across the track smoothly, no fault to him. All in all we were happy with Nicks work, especially the hook up he got us to reglaze our tub, definitely saved us money there. He's a family man with integrity and if there's something Nick can't do then he certainly has the connect to get the job done. Thanks again Nick! If needed, we look forward to using you again! read more

Excellent customer service! Approachable guy and answere questions in a timely manner!

Nick is very prompt and professional. We just had a baby and we had so many projects to do around the house and no time to do them. Nick replaced four outside lights, re-screened three windows, replaced two bathroom faucets, the kitchen faucet, and replaced two toilet systems. Our master bath and kitchen sinks were so old that they didn't have shut off valves so they were not easy to replace. Because Nick worked with a partner, it all got done in under three hours! Completely satisfied with his service and we have already set up other projects for Nick to help us with! read more

I HIGHLY recommend Nick's services. Extremely impressed with all aspects of Nick's services from beginning to end. I have struggled for months to find a handyman that would even be responsive to an inquiry. Nick not only responded within 24 hours, but asked several questions to determine what the work was that I wanted done and gave me a quote. The next step was scheduling. He set an appointment for three days later. In advance of the appointment he sent text reminders, including one 24 hours before the appointment. He not only showed up on time, but called me the day of the appointment to see if I would like him to come earlier. Once he got to the house, Nick was professional and personable. The work was done efficiently and was very high quality. I will definitely being utilizing Nick for projects in the future and highly recommend that you do as well! read more

Nick is responsive, honest and tackled a pretty complex bathroom faucet install job that required a specialized skillset to fix in three different measured bathroom vanities that when based on price, he beat the Home Depot install cost. Nick did a great job installing a Little Free Library in our front yard. He responded quickly to my inquiry and gave me a fair estimate. On the day of the job, he arrived right on time. Fantastic company. We had Nick install a number of new faucets for our bathrooms. Nick was always quick to return calls and texts and the work his team does is always top notch. Due to the odd shaping of our sinks we needed to buy specific ones to fit. He was always quick to provide feedback on styles/brands we were interested in through simply texting him. Further, we needed some additional work done which he did not hesitate to get the extra parts for us the day of without having to delay installation. Solid pricing which we couldn't argue with because it was extremely competitive. Work was professional, very well done including hauling away the old materials that were removed. Couldn't tell they were here besides the beautifully installed faucets. Nick was very personable and doing business with him was like interacting with someone you've known for years. Solid company and will do business with him in the future. We have already recommended him to family. read more

I chose to use Nick's service for the first time a couple of days ago, and I wasn't disappointed! I had a brand new 7' floor mirror that was heavy enough to not move, but I still wanted to have some type of a safety attachment to the wall "just in case". I found Fix It Nick on Yelp and was pleased with his reviews, so thought I'd see how fast he would respond to my quote request. Nick responded within the hour and was able to fit me in the same day - he was the only handyman that was able to do that, so right off the bat, I was very happy. He was prompt with his arrival, quick on his assessment, reasonable on the cost, and efficient with the repair. My mirror already looks great, but with the peace of mind that it will not fall or slide, it looks even better. Thank you, Nick, for the great job you did! read more

Professional and friendly efficient service. I will definitely have Nick come back to do other jobs. I highly recommend using Nick.

Nick was quick to return my initial text request to install a digital TV antenna on the roof of my elderly mother's house in Alta Loma (Rancho area has terrible TV and radio reception).
