I took this car to this body shop twice for both upgrades; one for the bumper and lip and the other for the trunk and wing. Galaxy Auto Haus did a great job for all aspects of the upgrade, from paint matching to panel fitment. I really can't tell that the paint on the bumper, trunk, and body are not from the same painting run; the color match on these panels is that good. Pricing was pretty fair and Honorio was very meticulous when it came to getting all of the details right. If I have another kind of project for a car like this, I know that these guys will get it done right.

We had been hoping to find an affordable, clean, and reliable Sienna after a bad experience with a previous dealership. The same day we came in to test drive the vehicle, I told Will that we wanted to move forward with the purchase. When we returned the very next day, he already had all of the paperwork prepared and ready for us to sign. We completed the purchase that day and also dropped off two other vehicles we needed to sell, after Will let us know he could help us with that as well. Working with Will has been a completely different experience from what we've had elsewhere. He was honest, straightforward, and respectful of our time. The vehicle was genuinely in fantastic condition, the paperwork process was efficient, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. He also made it clear that if anything came up after the purchase, we could reach out and they would take care of it, which meant a lot to us. Will listed our other vehicles right away and even handles the detailing--either as a paid service or by deducting it from the sale price. He's very transparent about his pricing and only makes $500 on trade-ins, which feels more than fair given the convenience and the amount of work involved. It truly feels like a one-stop shop, and we really appreciate how seamless everything has been. We're looking forward to continuing to work with Will and will absolutely be coming back when we're ready for our next vehicle purchase. Thank you, Will--we truly appreciate your honesty and professionalism!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I initially had an appointment but…read moreneeded to reschedule because I was going to be out of town by the time the repairs were to be completed. Rescheduled for 7/23 @8 am as I needed the earliest appointment in the day as possible. I had my partner adjust her schedule so she could pick me up. I was told it would be 20 minutes. I got there early, checked in, and stepped out to stand by my car as I was told my assigned rep was in a meeting. After 10 minutes, I went back in and the rep informed me he had someone ahead of me (who arrived well after me). I told him I explicitly requested the earliest since I had to be out by 8:30 and he guaranteed it. He said "no one told me you were here." He said he could reschedule me. There were several reps there and one of them could have helped but didn't. I told him I was taking my business elsewhere. He said "okay" and returned to do work on his computer. Then the two reps were arguing in front of customers when I walked back in to ask a car me moved so I could exit. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE. The rep that checked me it was the only nice part of the experience.

In my opinion, this Tesla Certified Collision Center is a complete joke. After 4.5 weeks, we found…read moreout they reused the same bumper cover and apparently thought glue and wood screws were an acceptable repair method -- just enough to make it look decent to an untrained eye. Thankfully, my girlfriend brought me along to make sure the repairs were actually up to Tesla standards. What we found was unbelievable. In my opinion, Crash Champions has truly "innovated" the automotive industry with the creation of Tesla-certified wood screws and glue technology. Maybe SEMA Show should feature this groundbreaking repair method at their next event. We dealt with "my name is Jeff," who looked completely puzzled and claimed he didn't understand why his team would do this after it was brought to his attention. As a result, we had to wait another additional week on top of the original 4.5 weeks. This is Crash Champions, people -- craftsmanship at its finest.

I chose Penske Toyota Collision Center because of the positive reviews I read online, particularly…read morethose mentioning David Franco. Unfortunately, my experience was mixed. My 2025 Toyota 4Runner was involved in a serious collision, and even CHP and the tow yard initially believed it would likely be a total loss. Penske repaired the vehicle instead, and cosmetically it now looks very good overall. However, the process was far more stressful than it should have been. The biggest issue occurred the day I picked up my vehicle. Within minutes of leaving the shop and getting on the freeway, the engine lost power and the truck stalled, displaying multiple system malfunction warnings. I had to have it towed back to Penske. They later determined an unsecured hose was the cause. That was a frightening experience that could have ended much worse, and it's something that should have been caught before the vehicle was released. After getting the vehicle back a second time, I continued finding issues that should have been identified during a final quality inspection. The driver's front tire was rubbing the inner fender liner, the fender trim was loose, the front bumper was misaligned, and the hood scoop wasn't sitting flush. Those items required another return visit. During that visit, I also found it disappointing that I was initially questioned about a cracked windshield washer reservoir and asked whether I had been off-roading. Considering the reservoir is located on the side of the collision impact, that question felt unnecessary. To their credit, they ultimately agreed to replace it as part of the repair. I also made several calls while I was out of town trying to coordinate pickup, so I expected that all of the details would have been thoroughly addressed before I arrived. Instead, additional cosmetic issues became apparent afterward, including noticeable paint overspray on the bumper and a small scratch that still need attention. Donna Potter, the collision center manager, deserves recognition. Once she became involved, communication improved significantly, and she made sure my concerns were addressed. I appreciated her professionalism and willingness to help. Overall, I don't question that Penske has capable technicians, and I'm grateful my 4Runner was repairable. My disappointment is with the lack of attention to detail and quality control before releasing the vehicle. Customers shouldn't have to identify issues that should have been caught during the shop's final inspection--especially after a major collision repair. I'm giving Penske 3 stars because they ultimately stood behind their work and have continued working to resolve my concerns. I simply wish the vehicle had been returned correctly the first time, without requiring multiple return visits or putting me in a dangerous situation on the freeway.
