After I accidentally tore off some fasteners by hitting a cement block, the dealer said only installing a new bumper would fix it. I went back to this shop and got it nicely repaired at minimal cost. Pros: Overall happy, paint job was great. Car was returned clean. Car was safe in the small shop. Cons: Apathetic customer service, super pricey and turnaround time is long. I will say this is based on two experiences. Both were out of pocket situations. Once in 2019, then another in 2021. I did not choose fix auto in 2021 because the estimate came to $600 more for the same thing. Had no explanation except a shrug. They are not rude but just apathetic. They won't update you on the progress of your car and it's just too expensive. I would hate to know what it is now with inflation hitting everyone hard. Good luck. read more

Fix Auto was one of the auto repair companies that was recommended by my insurance co. (State Farm) & Fix Auto had good reviews on Yelp. Right away I decided on Fix Auto when I talked to Jody on the phone; she was very personable and understanding about my situation with my car accident. My car was towed there; and necessary paperwork was handled via email. All the Staff at Fix Auto were great! They had my car ready ahead of time. I was able to leave the rental car there & was put at ease when I went in the lobby. This company cares about it's customers. Everyone wore masks and they had plexiglass installed because of COVID. I felt really comfortable in their chairs as the nice & cordial gentleman explained to me in detail what was done to my car and I received the report as well. Last week, I backed into a metal post and popped out my rear driver-side fender and a corner of my bumper. While I did not see much damage to the paint, I decided to take my car to Fix Auto for an estimate as they had done an excellent job last month on my daughter's car. When I called on Tuesday, I was informed that their firs available appointment for a full estimate was in the second week of March. I asked if there was anyone who could give me a ball-park estimate for the work sooner than that, and they told me to bring my car on Friday. When I got there, the manager, AJ happened to be in the office, and he offered to take a look at my car. He examined the damage carefully, and proceeded to put the fender back in place right there ant then. 10 minutes later my fender and bumper were perfectly back in place. When I asked AJ how much I owed him. He said, "do not worry about it." He noticed a bike rack in the roof of my car, and we started a friendly conversation about bikes. 15 minutes later, after discussing family, health and the challenges of growing old, we shook hands and I was on my way. As I reflected on my experience with a grin on my face, it occurred to me that it wasn't only the fact that I had saved some money. It was more than that. I came across an honest man. AJ chose not to take advantage of the situation; he was courteous, friendly, and professional. And he earned my business moving forward. Do not come here. Aside from waiting approximately a month to have my car repaired, having the pick up date pushed, and receiving no follow-up on my cars progress. I picked up my car with a caked repair. The entire lining looks as if it was made of paper mache and the quarter panel appears warped. Rather than taking it back, I took it to another auto shop that was courteous enough to fix their mess. Had multiple calls with them to go over damage and estimates only to be told (after they had my car for weeks) that they "dont have the tools" to work on the car. Very disappointed. I went in this morning to get an estimate to get some work done on my vehicle and no one else was there getting any estimates or anything. I explained I was there to get an estimate on getting a few things done and was asked if I had an appointment. I explained no (with the work that I do I don't get many days off and I cannot usually schedule anything) and was told they don't do anything without an appointment. To me it seemed like any/all the people in the office could have spent a few minutes to take a look. I said oh and left. Shocked there wasn't an offer of "what can we do to help"? What has happened to customer service these days where the business does anything necessary to get business including "what can we do to get your business"? Sad. read more

I took my car here because they were referred by my Insurance after my accident. Beware of getting your car repaired at this location!! I found out the parts that were replaced were broken and bolts were improperly placed. I had a second inspection at a dealership and they told me Fix It did a horrible job and I could have been in an accident if the bolt had came off. Sean has the worst attitude ever! He definitely is in the wrong profession and AJ is no better. They had to pay the dealership of my choice to replace and fix the parts that they installed. Also, they scratched the inside of my door while readjusting the plastic liner on my door. If I can give ZERO stars i will. Got in an accident 10/2017 my car got picked up by the tow truck taken to fix auto and took them about 2 weeks to tell me anything about my vehicle. I didn't get my car back till Christmas Eve. Took them 2 months to fix my car and for me still till this day to continue having problems with it. I've taken it back so many times to a body shop that is willing to work on my car and fix all their mistakes. Paint job was done horrible and the welding job they did was horrible with holes places, there was glue and stuff just caked on it looked like a little kid put it back together.
