After my car was rear ended and I was in need of repair I came upon Fix Auto. The staff was helpful and walked me through the process. They gave me an estimate quickly for the insurance company of the person who hit my car. They gave me an estimate of the time for the repair and were spot on. I picked-up the car one week later and it was back to the way it had been prior to the accident. I did have to go back the next day for a piece of trim that was on order and it was installed in minutes. The staff is great, friendly and very reassuring during the stress of car repairs. I was really surprised when I was about to pick up my car and saw it, it was fully restored like a brand new one. I am so happy that I did not make mistake in choosing this shop when I ask my insurance companies preferred coalition shops. I don't usually make reviews and I hate comparing , but with this I could not stop myself to compare, since when I had my first coalition with this same car and same area of my car was fixed. It was far comparable. I even returned to re-fixed it then on that shop (not to mention the name, as I have said I hate comparing). But with Fix Auto, I am so satisfied. People are so nice starting with Raffi, the lead estimator and the other guy (also an estimator) were so nice people. Surprisingly, there were some damages and scratches on my car and wheels and also damage in the interior which are not part of the estimate, but they also fixed them. Brought my 2007 Honda Civic to Acme Autoworks for body repair after a car accident. I brought my vehicle in for quick inspection, then left my car the next morning for repairs. During the repair process, I received updates from Acme Autoworks by phone, text or if I called in to check the status. Gary, Joe, Raffi and Edith provided friendly and great customer service. The work that was done on my car, including some body painting was excellent. Gary found another issue with my allignment/suspension that needed to be corrected. Very happy with my service. My car was parked behind a school bus when it backed up and ran into it. Not a lot of damage but I figured if I didn't have to pay for it, might as well get the free repair. Sareen, in the office, was very kind and clear about everything that was going to happen. Joe inspected my car, told me what to expect and I even pointed out a little ding that I wanted to have looked at (not related to the accident) and Joe decided to buff it out for free. Rafi let me know immediately that the parts for my car had to come directly from the manufacturer and suggested I keep my car (since it was very driveable) until he received the parts. Do not ever take your vehicle to this place!!!!! I went to Acme because my insurance told me that this was the closest auto shop to where i live. My insurance company paid almost 10K to fix my car at this place. God knows how long it took to fix my front bumper, and all other in and out of the front areas...so angry..... More ridiculous was they never can keep their words..They told me it would be ready by Tuesday, but when I called to make sure it's ready, they said they found something else that needed to be repaired and promised me to pick up by the next day...So, the next day I went there to pick up my car, I asked if everything OK now. He said yes, I already checked everything. But when i was driving home, the "engine light was ON," so I drove back to them and waited there while the mechanic drove the car some place to fix that problem. Even worst was that when I asked them if they change the oil....and the answer was F****ing NO...can u imagine that....??? after spend almost 10K, they don't even change the oil??? I just don't understand and don't trust their skill in fixing cars....If I have to pay all the fees out of my pocket, I will never let them fix my car.....it's way too expensive......Definitely not recommended.... read more
