I have never written a negative review for a business before, but after nine months of dealing with this issue, I feel it's necessary to share my experience. I brought my truck to Classic Collision following an accident. Before the repairs began, I had my damaged rim evaluated by a wheel repair shop and was told that the rim was too damaged to be repaired and would need to be replaced. I relayed this information to the repair estimator at Classic Collision, who informed me that they would have the rim evaluated by their preferred wheel repair shop to determine whether a replacement was necessary. When I picked up my truck, I discovered that the damaged rim had not been repaired or replaced. Since then, I have spent the last nine months going back and forth with Classic Collision trying to get the issue resolved. Throughout this process, I have remained in contact with my insurance company, and they have consistently informed me that they are waiting on Classic Collision to order the replacement rim. I call regularly for updates and am repeatedly told the same thing: "It will be another three weeks." Nine months later, I am still hearing the same response. To make matters worse, I have had two separate tire shops tell me they could not remove my studded snow tires because the rim is in such poor condition. When you file an insurance claim and pay to have your vehicle repaired, you expect the entire vehicle to be repaired properly. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I have never dealt with a body shop that has taken this long to address an unresolved repair issue, and I feel like little to no effort has been made to correct the problem. I genuinely hope this matter gets resolved. If Classic Collision ultimately follows through and fixes the issue, I will gladly update or revise this review to reflect that outcome. This is by far the worst body shop I've been to. I tried calling for an appointment multiple times, no one answered so I made an appointment online to find out a week and a half later after being confirmed, they text me canceling my appointment 2 days before my scheduled repair. Since the beginning of this process, it was a nightmare from communication to actually being hung up on after asking the rep to take my concerns to leadership. I went in here to get an estimate for fixing minor damage to my (2025-RAV4) bumper and the plastic cover that attaches with clips underneath. I had been told it would be harmful to drive my car on dirt roads without this. I had lightly scraped a median and a piece of rebar apparently caused the damage. Parts alone were over 1200.00 So I was amazed that Chloe of Classic Collision suggested not to do this. She was incredibly knowledgeable about cars. They could have made a lot of money off of me but she just gave honest, informed advice. Plus, I had a little paint scraping area on a different area of my car and they just buffed that out for free. She saved me so much money. The other thing I learned, do not order parts until you call your insurance. Your insurance will not cover parts the customer orders. Classic Collision shined for me. So nice to talk to knowledgeable people with integrity. read more

My car was pretty significantly damaged and I expressed surprise that they'd be able to repair it. The guy on the phone smugly replied, "Uh, yeah, we can fix it. We just order new parts for it and replace the broken ones" They couldn't fix it. The damage was too severe. The real problem was that they didn't bother calling me to let me know that. I called them to confirm what time I should arrive to pick it up, and they said "No, it's totaled." This caused a huge problem with my rental, my insurance, everything. I even had to take the day off from work to come pick it up, which ended up costing me more money in lost income. read more

Recently worked with Classic Collision on 5th Avenue after my vehicle was hit in a parking lot on the passenger side. Based on recommendations, I scheduled the repair service at this location. The body work itself took about two weeks, and I was very pleased with the quality of the repair. However, I want to share an important caution for anyone considering this shop. When I picked up my vehicle, the low tire pressure light was on. I returned immediately to Classic Collision, where the driver-side front tire was found to be extremely low. They added air but could not identify a leak. Just four days later, the low tire pressure light came on again. Upon closer inspection at home, I discovered a poorly installed plug in the tire that was leaking. These tires are only about a year and a half old, and they have not been serviced during the summer months since installation. I had never experienced tire issues before this repair. When I spoke with the front desk and supervisor, they denied any responsibility. I then took the car to Costco Tire Service, where the tires were originally purchased and installed. Costco staff confirmed that a cement plug had been used--something they never do--and therefore they could not repair the tire. They provided me with written documentation stating that this repair had been performed elsewhere, leaving Classic Collision as the only logical source. I presented this documentation to Alexa Stanley, the assistant general manager, but have not received any response after three weeks. I later contacted corporate, who assured me they would escalate the issue to the regional manager, yet two more weeks have passed without communication. To be clear, the body work was excellent, but the handling of this situation raises serious questions about management oversight and accountability at this location. The lack of transparency, denial of clear evidence, and failure to follow up are very disappointing. Because of this experience, I would not return to Classic Collision and would advise others to proceed with caution when choosing this shop. read more

She and the staff, including Kevin stood by the 10 week saga of getting my car properly evaluated after an accident...Thankfully no major injuries, but a frustrating experience...these folks kept advocating for their client..even today, Ashley called me by name and offered well wishes. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!! -10 if could. Horrible absolutely horrible experience and service. parents left there vehicle here to be fixed. It was with this shop for a week. After they called to say that it was ready, we had a tow truck come to tow it to a shop for window repair. When the tow truck hooked it up... a HOMELESS PERSON JUMPED OUT IF THE VAN! Literally jumped out. Happened today 7/30/24- So while the vehicle was there in their lot for a week. A homeless person got into the vehicle and basically LIVED IN IT WHILE IN THE LOT OF THIS PLACE and no one apparently noticed! How does that even happen! They finished the job 2-3 day into it being dropped off but decided to hold it for a week to milk it some more? That would be the only explanation of not noticing someone living it in since I'm positive that the body work would have been done inside the shop meaning someone would have gotten into the vehicle to drive it into the shop and notice a person living it. The tow truck driver explained what had happened to the glass repair shop that it got towed to AFTER leaving classic collision who then called to notify us of what had happened, how much it reeked inside the vehicle and dirty the inside of the vehicle is. If you want crappy service, this is the place for you. If not, turn around and look elsewhere. read more

Response from the owner As stated before we are not able to repair prior damage for free. We took the time to check the different complaints and try to help as best we could. These repairs were quality checked. Best of luck REVIEW:__CAUTION__: Unethical.Incompetent. When I took my car to these guys it had the functioning safety features: functioning rear door locks, rear windshield wiper and rear running lights. They did mechanical and body repairs that we paid for, but when they returned my car, the rear running light wasn't working, the rear door wont lock, and the rear windshield wiper only came on when I turned the headlights on (at Full speed, with no response from the timer, or the switch to turn it off, until it stopped working). The customer service desk was very understanding and said that one of their techs would look at it without an appointment and figure it out. However, the "Service Manager" shrugged, explained that his shop was not responsible for the post-repair deficiencies in the vehicle and that he didn't care that I was upset about it because "we're not even a Geico center". The incompetence and lack of accountability displayed here and the recent changes in the name warns that these folks may be dubious. I dropped my vehicle off at another shop to diagnose the damages and needed repairs, scheduled an appointment with a lawyer and will end up spending more than double on these repairs. If safety, competence, and ethical business practices are important to you, then Classic Collision is not your jam. UPDATE and Customer REPLY: Independent Mechanical diagnosis: improper crimp/crush of wires leading from rear harness. Estimate for Repair: Pending. Legal cost: Pending Customer REPLY: At no time were you requested to perform any repairs on prior damage. As stated to customer service, the service manager, and in the above review, the damage was NOT PRESENT prior to your team taking possession of the vehicle, and is likely a direct result of improperly handled wiring during the breakdown and repair that your team performed. I can only assume that your incredulity at my telling you and your staff this many times stems from your own dishonesty, incompetence, and fear of accountability. It seems a sad strategy to approach customer dissatisfaction this way, and I will continue to highlight it to our small community Thank you for your wish of good luck, but what I really require is the money I gave you to dismantle these safety features, to be able to safely travel with my children to school, doctors appointments, and to the store, As the resulting electrical repairs required to restore my vehicle to the condition that it was WHEN I dropped it off with you will cost more than your initial estimate. read more

They failed to notify Allstate that I had brought my car in with claim number. They did not order the parts and when I took my car in 3 weeks later to be repaired the parts were not there and THEN they contacted my insurance. Messed with my car rental and schedule. But they did do a nice job on the car. read more

I would not even give a one star but i couldnt do zero. They wouldnt help. They threatened to call the cops on me without even hearing my side of the story. They said the car had reconstructive title which is not true the car had a clean title it was a cab. The Municipality doesnt allow you to have a cab on the road with a reconstructive title. I explained to the employee and would not hear me out or listen to anything i had to say. Horrible customer service. 0/5 stars if i could. Do not recommend for anybody. Especially Eric G.
