My car was filthy having gone all of breakup without a wash, and even the $13 (2nd most expensive service) wasn't quite enough to get off all of the caked on mud & gunk. So after the trip through the wash & wax, I headed over to the free vacuums, where I was a little bewildered by all the scents and other additions in the vending machines. The station attendant, Kelvin came right over and helped me get started. As I was cleaning the inside of my car, he inspected the wash job, and felt it wasn't up to standard, as there was still crud on the sides and my hubcaps were still black - so he invited me to come around again and he would send me through again for free. What outstanding service! He followed up with me again to make sure that my car was properly cleaned. Voila - no crud, no dust, and sparkling silver hubcaps! I will be coming down to this car wash every time! Couldn't be more happy.

Today I drove over to the car wash to try to talk to someone. No one here and one of the garage doors had come down on a jeep and the jeep bent the door getting out from under it. The door is stuck open . I tried calling to report the door but only getting answering machine. I decided to wait as I figured someone would eventually show up to close the door. It's currently 14 degrees. While I was waiting I watched a truck in another lane get hit by the exit door as he was driving out . He stopped but was stuck in the truck. Another customer n knew how to push the button to raise the door so he could leave.

Also really great recently was the hose to clean the RV with a high-pressure rinse was damaged and while someone had tried to tape it to repair it, It's still got me all wet soaking from about chest to my feet trying to get my RV clean. The great thing about this is that the next time I came back I think it might've been the next day the hose was repaired I think it was like an actually brand new hose someone stuck on there and it worked great. I went back to them right away because there were some other things I needed to clean outside and when I saw that I just did it and it worked out just as well as it did before. It was just impressive that magic wand did that repair exactly right away it looks like within 24 hours the repair was done and ready to perform. Yes I got a nice RV wash bath but The Magic Wand People made sure it didn't happen again. Five stars for quick action repair and for having that RV wash site on the end of the building that makes it safer to clean RVs, With better access than inside a building.
