I was using my laptop to find repair shops and making phone calls was not possible for me at the time and he responded fast. The corners of the steel frame on the Pixel were bent from previous drops and a new one is needed for the new glass to sit flush and properly. However, the Google Store was missing the steel outer frame which is necessary for the new glass to be installed and they said because this model is a few years old and they are not receiving new parts for it. Jesus knew I needed a phone right away so I could get back to my job and my funds were super low and I couldn't afford to spend $400-$500 on a new phone so he did his absolute best to work around the damaged frame issue for me. He managed to get the new glass in there but the bent frame caused several hair-line cracks across the bottom half of the screen but the phone worked again! It didn't really look to bad to be honest. He wanted to make it right for me said he will order another glass and install because he had an idea of how to repair the frame for me and would do so at no extra charge and he would call me the new part arrived. He let me take the phone home to use in the meanwhile. I would absolutely recommend this place for cell phone repairs. Jesus is honest and very helpful.

Chad was very kind and listened to my story. He is a wonderful human being who truly cares first and foremost about his customers as people, AND he is also highly skilled as a computer technician. He did everything he could to revive the computer and after about a half an hour told me that the motherboard was likely the culprit. I saw that he tried everything possible and headed home. I was about to pull into the drive and I got a call and text message from Chad saying he fixed the laptop! He told me that he truly felt for my situation and was determined to give it another try. The auxiliary battery that powers the motherboard was the culprit, and he returned the laptop to me for just the initial assessment fee. Chad really deserves so much more because he restored the remaining piece of my sister to me, and for that, I am so thankful.
