Their service is exceptional. Today my teenager had her iPhone battery replaced. Her phone had been acting up lately (holding no charge). The apple customer service advised her to get the battery replaced. The closest Apple store's 'genius bar' appointment was a week away. So we called our heroes and they offered to have it fixed for us under 20 mins! They even matched Apple's promotion pricing on the battery replacement. This store always goes above and beyond. We are lucky to have them in such close proximity.
