I wasted 3 days driving around LA trying to get my phone fixed or at least get the data out. I went to all the businesses with hundreds of 5 star reviews and none of them could fix my phone. One person said "no one could fix this without losing your data my friend"; another data retrieval place told me this would be a complicated job that would take up to 2 weeks and at least $400 to just get the data out and the phone would be unusable after. These are just two examples. There were other places that charged a reasonable price but spent a whole day on it and couldn't fix it, or it was that they "may be" able to fix it but there's a 40% chance that I would lose my data. Anyway, I was just about to give up when I messaged Jesse. He told me he could fix it in an hour and it'll be like nothing happened. I really didn't believe him when I handed my phone to him lol but he shocked me! He actually fixed it in less than an hour! I felt like an idiot wasting my time and going to other places.
