We tested the speed throughout the house (3floors) and while the speeds were decent we were not getting the 1gig internet we are paying for. He suggested we try his mesh system router and bam that was the issue. With the router we tested we got the full speeds. He suggested we move to a mesh system over a conventional router and that is what we will do. He didnt try to upsell his systems he instead gave great advice on which ones to purchase. He was here for an hour, tested and figured out the issue while giving us advice on how to configure our new systems and what new system to buy. I wasted 3 days driving around LA trying to get my phone fixed or at least get the data out. I went to all the businesses with hundreds of 5 star reviews and none of them could fix my phone. One person said "no one could fix this without losing your data my friend"; another data retrieval place told me this would be a complicated job that would take up to 2 weeks and at least $400 to just get the data out and the phone would be unusable after. These are just two examples. There were other places that charged a reasonable price but spent a whole day on it and couldn't fix it, or it was that they "may be" able to fix it but there's a 40% chance that I would lose my data. Anyway, I was just about to give up when I messaged Jesse. He told me he could fix it in an hour and it'll be like nothing happened. I really didn't believe him when I handed my phone to him lol but he shocked me! He actually fixed it in less than an hour! I felt like an idiot wasting my time and going to other places.
