After seeing their ad in Williston, we decided to try out the Yellow Mustard Deli. The roast beef…read moresandwich we chose was delicious. Ample meat and toppings as well as a good sauce. I hold told (Noah) the deli wizard, that to me the bread would be the difference between a pass or fail. The foot long sub was a perfect balance of crusty outside and delish inside....pass! We'll go back soon. Most pleasant when engaged in conversation, Noah said the panini's are good too!

This review is for the catering service and the owner only, not for the food…read more My Aunt, who lives in Williston, passed away. I live in Seattle, and wanted to send food to my family. The website says there is a 1st time 10% discount for catering over $200, which is great as I was intending on ordering about $300 worth of food. It also said that 20% gratuity is appreciated on all catering orders. So the discount was important for me. However, due to suspected errors in website creation, it was impossible to obtain the 10% discount. The discount link was only available on the main menu page and you can only invoke it when your cart has over 200 worth of items. But, once you put those items in the cart, and go back to the main menu page to get the discount added, the items in the cart disappear. Since I had spoken to the owner earlier to ask about delivery, I had her number, so I texted her and told her that I was not able to obtain the discount. Her response was "It is active. Could you try again? People have used it". At this point, having spent way to much time on all of this, and essentially being told by the owner that it works, I decide to go elsewhere for my catering. The owner knew how much I was going to spend, and it didn't really seem to matter. This, the fact that I had just lost my Aunt (the owner knew this), and another reviewer's experience of not being treated well by a server because they were different (with no response by the owner) makes me not want to spend my hard earned money as this establishment. Not that it matters, but I was born and raised in Burlington, Vermont and I really wanted to support this business.

First note, get yourself on their waitlist before you go, as there will be a wait and there is no indoor waiting area and it's a small restaurant. Luckily we were there in nice weather, so we just walked around the farmers market across the street until we got a text that our table was ready. It was about a 30 minute wait on a Sunday around 10 am. There is cute outdoor seating on the sidewalk, but I just went with first available and we got a cozy table near the front. Everything on the menu sounded so delicious and it was tough to choose but I went with the California benedict (veggie sausage, spinach, mushroom, tomato & avocado with two poached eggs & hollandaise on a croissant) and Nate got the breakfast burrito. Our food came out quickly and looked great. I was a little bummed that the eggs were overcooked and closer to hard boiled than poached, but the flavors of everything else made up for that. The hollandaise was lemony and bright, and the mushrooms were super flavorful. I loved this other than the eggs! The potatoes were yummy too and nicely seasoned. I had a few bites of the burrito, which was delicious and big enough for us to bring half with us for later. I can see why this spot is popular, and I would come back for a tuna melt!

We also got a single Kahlua challah French toast to try because it looked so good. All were very good, but the hash and burrito were the standouts. We also really liked the coffee, and we were told that it was from Speeder and Earl's Coffee from Burlington. It is a cute little place. We look forward to our next visit.
