November 2025 update…read more I still live in Florida and returned to move my last huge storage out of Forest Lake to Five Star here in St Michael. The owners JUST created the identical HUGE discounted promotional November 1st, 2025 so now I have FOUR 10 x 20 fr units. The ceilings i forgot to add in my original review May 2025 are very very high so we could stack three dish packs or two wardrobes plus more on top of one another. Facilities are always completely spotless and odor free. Continue to HIGHLY highly recommend!!!

And they were cheaper than other nearby businesses, but that doesn't mean it's a cheapy place. The sprawling campus with each of the several buildings with the climate control are all coded entry unique to each renter. And the access gate is the same thing just to get inside. The units are all topped off in wire for security in the climate controlled. Both units I got were clean and looked stable and secure. So far, it's a great experience.

My two daughters ( age 35+) live like most people in small rental apartments, so I still store furniture etc for them too. I was in three (!) 30 ft deep X 13 ft high X 10 ft wide units with public storage. $$$.... Now it is down to two. This took (3) four week trips from FL. In 1.5 years. Donated everything to Salvation Army St Paul. Husband became extremely ill eleven years ago. We are in a lovely FL. condo he inherited. MISS Minnesota... people, culture, weather - - LOVE the cold!!!! I now have two brand newly built extra large units at Forest Lake - - grabbed them quickly for they rented out super fast. Great price. New wood pallets on entire floor. Never have water in these units, very high airy ceilings with great ventilation. Yes no heat no air conditioning so no fragile furniture, vinyl, wood, etc, but I put clothing etc in tight giant contractor extra thick plastic bags into tight big Costco ( yellow black) plastic storage boxes ( the Best/ shut very tight). I will be out of a second 30 ft unit at public storage after 1-2 more four week trips. Back breaking work - - am creating a new industry of folk buying my things at Salvation Army then flipping them online! We always expected to be in Mn but the condo's living costs are better than renting today. Goal is to find a solid 1 bedroom in MN, build out to be able to remain until I pass on, rent out FL condo. Reverend Jim the manager is the best, the kindest man you could ever ever find and work with. No bugs no rodents all these years. Immaculate rest room at office, safe secure, no crazies renting ' next door'. Women working there solo feel 100 % safe. High fence with barbed wire surround the large rural country property. Nice relaxing 30 minute drive up from the twin cities. Highly highly highly recommend!!

It was dirty, full of feathers, bird poop, spiders and stunk like motor oil. The door came off the hinges and they had limited access hours. We needed an additional storage unit and found Tim at FL Mini Storage to be super helpful. We ended up liking it so much we talked to Tim about getting a bigger unit. He came through and we moved all our belongings from the other storage facility. Tim was terrific to work with and the units are clean, secure and they offer 24-hour access. We always feel safe, and we appreciated the location is easy to get to. If you need storage for the short, or long term, we highly recommend FL Mini Storage.

However, the gas station is connected to it so if you need to drop your car off during after hours you can. You can leave it with the gas station. The shop will call you the next business day. That, a high back armchair that has seen better days, an old Sleep Number mattress that has been replaced by a new mattress, and some miscellaneous foam strips that I tried to use to stop the trough in the middle of the Sleep Number air chambers had to go. I reached out to Junk360 via their website request for estimate and got a prompt response. A couple emails later a pickup date and time was set. On the day of the pickup I received a call, as I was told to expect, telling me they were on the way. The crew was on time, professional, courteous. I presume it was a light load for them but they had everything out in just a few minutes. Less than half an hour from parking the truck to closing it up. I'm glad I used Junk360.

They are always friendly and helpful and will help you unload if they are not too busy which they usually are as it is a very busy place for a reason. One example, I brought in some computer boards, aluminum cans, a little steel, and a paper grocery bag full of copper wire. They weighed everything and printed out my check, I got in my pickup and looked at the check and it was way more than it should have been, they paid me for 400 pounds of copper wire rather than the 40 that it was. I went back in and told Chris the owner that either that paper bag and I are a lot stronger than I think we are or you paid me too much. He looked at it and said I know what I did wrong and started to correct it, the software on the computer glitched and it deleted the entire invoice so he had to start over, took about 20 minutes to get it fixed up so he paid me the correct amount and added $50 more because it took so long. I got lazy once and took cans over to a place closer as I was in a hurry, I estimated the total weight and got paid less than half of what I should have. I will never go anywhere other than Maximum, they pay more than most other places and are great to deal with.

They handled the paperwork, paid cash on the spot, and made getting rid of my car much simpler than I expected. I called several towing companies looking for a rough estimate and some guidance on getting rid of my 2010 Toyota Corolla. Since I wasn't familiar with the process, I had a lot of questions, but most places seemed uninterested and weren't very helpful. I found Sell A Junker through Google, called, and spoke to (if I remember correctly) Riley, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain how everything worked, from the assessment and towing to the title transfer and payment. He made the whole process easy to understand. They made everything pretty simple. We set up a time that worked for both of us, they came out to my car in South Minneapolis, looked it over, handled the paperwork, and paid me on the spot. They're based in Maple Grove, but coming out wasn't an issue at all. Communication was great throughout the whole process, and everything went smoothly. I was helped by Seth who was amazing as well, showed up right on time and was super kind and explained everything thoroughly and what he was willing to offer based on its condition. The assessment didn't take longer than probably 8-10 minutes, and Seth ended up giving me a really great deal!! He had patience with me as I finished up clearing out the stuff from my car before he towed it away and provided me an email receipt right away when I asked for one.
