They kept "test driving" our vehicle even though we tracked miles, it was not driven as much as they said. We took the truck to a shop down the road, about twenty minutes they found the problem and day later it was fixed and running great. Epic fail for a dealership that cant seem to fix any of the cars they sell. They even broke our radiator in the process of trying to fix some "bare wires" on a throttle body that was also recently replaced, they did replace it at no cost to us obviously.

He and his team wrote me an IOU which the purchase of my vehicle was contingent on and he did not fulfill it. He sold me a lemon that his service team knew needed repairs and hid those service orders from me. When I spent countless hours trying to call him and get this addressed, he accused me of cursing at him (which I never did) and refused to help me. It was going to be my daughter's first car. We were so excited. We had taken the day of work it was a 7 hour drive and they weren't going to have it ready. Even though we had comments payment they had confirmed the loan themselves. They never got it done. The sales man Ari lied through the whole process. I provided him everything he asked for and nothing ever happened. First is spoke to the sales manager then he was out it the next day and they couldn't help me. They were too busy selling cars to send out documents. They actually said that. My poor daughter was so excited only to have her hopes dashed. I offered to put a large deposit even for the whole car amount on a credit card until they got the credit card. If I could give the review a zero I would have. My wife and I are both banking executives and have never seen anything as bad as this and we have dealt with dealerships for years.
