I love visiting Five Sisters! It surprised me seeing some negative reviews but I've only ever had positive experiences! The staff was nice, very friendly, I wasn't rushed, no one was "hovering" over me either :) I only started shopping here recently so maybe they've had some changes within the years! The prices are great, their inventory is even better! They have almost everything I need for my magick needs! I'm looking forward to becoming a regular here! read more

I love this place! The jewelry is so cute and affordable and the vibe is awesome. The music is always on point too!! Come visit

I wanted to start by saying this store is a beautiful hidden gem. The ambiance of the store is calming and the workers are very helpful. They have a huge selection of gemstones and other spiritual items. It's impossible for me to walk out empty handed here. That being said, my boyfriend and I walked in today and saw this chinese mini armour box? It was supposed to have a Buddha inside of it. But nobody has been able to open the box. So we decided to buy it being curious of what may be inside. We were told that it could possibly not even be able to open but it was worth the gamble. After eagerly getting home, oddly enough he managed to pry it open and inside was detailed Buddha with 2 guards beside it. Much more then what we expected, we're glad we took the chance in buying this. read more

I called to get a sense of what services they provide, hours of operations, restrictions, etc. You'd think I was bothering them by having to answer the phone! Extremely short and rude, it was noisy in the background and sounded like she couldn't wait to get off the phone. It seems I just experienced similar situations to others who called or visited. So much for first impressions -congratulations, you just lost a potential new customer.. read more

First time I've been. The actual store is super cool and they have a lot to look through. Their ring selection really drew me in. However, after looking through the rings, what seemed to have been the owner began alluding to the fact that there were rings missing and I was to blame...she even threatened to review the tape which she actually did and after reviewing it came back out and didn't say a word to me. Only apologized about "being defensive" when I asked if she could check me out. Sucks that this is a super cool store but the fact she was so quick to accuse me is not okay at all. I don't think I'll ever be coming back here. Kinda left a bad taste for me. read more

This place is so calming! I love the vibes. Prices are good and quality is immaculate! I recommend!

as soon as i walked in i legit fell in love! the store has such positive and aspiring energy and they make you feel comfortable with picking out new things. definitely coming back:) read more

I purchased two bracelets as a gift. I brought them back to days later with my receipt and the tags on the items. I was never told that the bracelets could not be returned. I was told that they could not return them because they had "energy". However if someone tries a bracelet on the energy doesn't stay on the bracelet because they cleanse the store. Apparently these two bracelets would not get cleansed while in the store. They had to call the owner however the owner would not respond according to the sales associate because they were with their family. Not very positive energy!!! read more

I love the items in this shop however I have never experienced such rudeness. It's almost like they don't even care if you're interested in buying anything. As soon as you walk in they follow you around as if you're trying to steal the whole store. They're very inconsiderate and the owners are all super rude. I don't support disrespect so sadly I no longer shop here. read more

I never leave bad reviews anywhere but after being the only people followed around the whole store, my friend and I had enough. If you are young and have any color to your skin, they watch you like a hawk specifically this older female worker. She questioned why we had jackets on despite the air blasting in the store. She had a problem with us trying to smell the essential oils and was overall extremely condescending. The energy was so uncomfortable and off putting like she just wanted to find a reason to kick us out. I bought one thing just to prove I didn't go into steal despite their stuff being overpriced. Do NOT recommend coming here at all. read more

I came to the store even though after I read some bad reviews gave it a chance. I walked in and the place feels good, peaceful I did not feel rushed or anything. The lady in the counter was pleasantly nice. I even left there feeling even better than when I got there. Found everything I needed at reasonable prices. read more

Bad vibes, terrible customer service, shitty products. Do not waste your money on their cheap jewelry. I bought a Laborite ring 2 days ago for over $80, it was initially a bit shaky in its setting and I expressed concern and the woman said they are made pretty stable. It was so beautiful I bought it anyway thinking it would be fine. 2 days later, here we are and the stone is no where to be found. It fell out of its setting while working in an office. I called and explained what happened and they refuse to give me a refund, take it back or even give me store credit. I knew the vibes were off when I walked in, I should have left then. The girl behind the counter was helping a few girls while I was trying to look at the rings, which was fine. Yet she continued to ignore me even after they left and I had to ask 3 times to see the rings. She continued doing whatever she was doing and acted like I was being a pest until she saw that I was ready to buy an $80 ring. While I was looking at their collection, another worker came up to her and they begin talking and pointed at customers across the store and laughing. I don't know what they were saying but it definitely made me uncomfortable and feel like I was in a judgmental environment. I have wanted to go there since I heard about what beautiful rings they had, so essentially I drove over an hour only to be screwed out of $80 and neglected by the employees. read more

I've been going to five sisters for the past 4-5 years. Have been to a couple of classes, really nice! I've Always loved it but within the last year, the energy has changed. Not as "friendly" or "welcoming". I don't feel the "kindness" and these other employees follow you around like you're going to steal something. Very uncomfortable. I ended up walking out. I miss the old Five Sisters. read more

I have been coming here for many years and enjoyed everything I have bought. I bought 2 large meditation crystal bowls 2 months ago and went back today to get 2 more. What a disappointment to find the ones they had were much smaller, and now double the price. I asked if they changed vendors and I was told "Nope". The 2 people working presented aloof, flat affect, and then pushy almost rude. What's happening with this "one of a kind landmark" that has always had the best energy? Changes are good, but in this case I don't see myself going back again, which is a shame since I have attended dozens of meditations, therapies and spent thousands of dollars in merchandise through the years. Capitalism it's great, but one should remember that doubling your prices (almost everything at the store has increased at least 40% since March 2021) will send away your loyal customers, like myself. read more

So incredibly upset! My mother and I just drove an HOUR and a half to make it here on time for their 'holiday hours' and they were already closed. 40 minutes early!! We called and they were rude to my mother. She was trying to explain to the girl that their website AND Facebook page said that their closing hour is 8 o'clock and the girl on the phone kept trying to speak above my mother saying 'Hello! Hello! Hello!'. These ladies are normally very nice in person but definitely weren't tonight. My mother asked them to please just open the door as we were here for a $2000 crystal that my mother had seen and they refused. I'm so surprised by this and their lack of sympathy and their rudeness! read more

Wow where do I start, Susane is absolutely amazing! She's so patient and genuine and as soon as you introduce yourself you can already feel like you've come to the right person. Was very disappointed with my shopping experience. There was no one on the floor to answer any questions the place does not feel relaxing at all. An older lady that was just writing receipts at the register seemed so angry and not a happy soul could not even answer a simple question about a type of stone I was looking for. Did not feel like family store more like a retail store with employees that are not happy to work there have not idea what they are selling. Will not be going to again. read more

I can not believe I have never written Five Sisters a Yelp review...also can not believe all the negativity about this place! I have been visiting Five Sisters for a good 5 years now and Rocky + her staff have always been nothing but kind. They do follow you around quite a bit and maybe they could back off but I think in a store like this, backing off for a second would be bad for them. Unfortunately there are thieves everywhere but I don't think anyone should get offended by being followed. These people do not judge and they will not follow people they THINK are thieves because ANYONE can be a thief! They have tiny trinkets in every corner of this store, understand they want to keep all their product safe. Anyway, this store is absolutely beautiful. All the staff members are friendly, greet you upon entering, and will remember you if you are a regular. I always come here for gifts as they have wonderful options and good prices. They have a large variety of crystals, incense, books, jewelry and clothing. They offer yoga classes, readings, and group circles. I honestly have a great time every visit, when I lived 5 min away I used to visit when I was upset because the vibe is wonderful. If you are a bit prissy, maybe this isnt the place for you. Not everyone is a ray of sunshine 24/7. read more

My friend and I just took a trip to go to Five Sisters. As soon as we got there, there was a line out the door (we arrived there 10 minutes before the store opened) . One of the workers asked us to write down our name/ number and to wait in our car until were called. After an hour of waiting, we finally receive a call but missed it by 1 Minute. We called back immediately saying we were called. This RUDE lady on the phone tells us " I tried calling you 4 times no one picked up so we gave your spot to someone else. First of all, We only had 1 miss call. Second of all, we had only missed the call by 1 minute. She goes on to say" well why didn't you pick up? You should've picked up" And when we tried to explain to her what happened all she did was interrupt us and pout on the phone and told us to get down. We got down and the employee who was an older woman told us only 1 of us could go in. We were a party of 2 so we told her we would wait for more people to exit. As my friend starts to explain that we only had 1 miss call and it was from a minute ago, she rudely interrupts and starts raising her voice and saying rude things and talking to us like children. My friend said she understood and the worker said "no but actually do you understand?" as if we were incompetent. We ended up walking away and leaving. Just a horrible experience, don't plan on returning. read more

The love the staff puts into treating their customers and making sure they receive the best service made my experience complete. My kids and I have loved this store for many years. Just walking in FEELS good - smell of incense, (quiet) sound of sounding bowls, new age music and/or chimes, beautiful things everywhere to look at. They have big comfortable couches to sit on, very friendly staff who can help or are willing to just let you browse unbothered. For the stuff they're selling, and where they're located, it's also REALLY affordable. I'm consistently surprised - tumbled crystals are $2-$6 each, really nice small raw pieces are $6-15. Plenty of jewelry and home decorating options for under $20. You could walk in with five bucks and really take your pick of magnets, incense, and more, or drop hundreds on something big and impressive. There are also books, cds, classes and events, clothing, drums and tambourines, greeting cards, statuary, tables... all kinds of stuff. This is a place where atheists (especially geode nerds or naturalists) or Christian people can feel comfortable and find nice things tailored to them, Buddhists, Muslims or Hindus could pick out relevant items, or Pagans/Wiccans/occultists could get most anything they ever need. It's a very "bright" place, in both color scheme and energy - there's really nothing dark about it at all, unless you find the mere presence of decks of tarot cards and spheres of rose quartz to be threatening. It's common to see every kind of person inside, from a teenager with a skateboard to an upper middle class older lady. Black, white, Asian, hispanic, from hippies to professionals. It's really worth mentioning that although many things are laid out in ways that allow you to touch, they don't stress about children walking around, or act like you're about to steal something. Five Sisters is also part of a really wonderful strip mall that includes many unique small businesses like a yarn shop, a bead store, a skate and ski place, a baking supply store, children's consignment, and more, and is right across from The Falls. So if you have to drive a bit to get there (like we do), it's really worth it. read more

I love this store! I often purchase gifts for my friends and family here, because offer a variety of unique items not found elsewhere. I also love their classes! Last month I attended a class given by Maggie and it was phenomenal! I must say, I am still reeling in the good energy from this class and I learned a lot of new things that I can implement into my daily meditation routine. I would be remiss, if I didn't mention the physics there, as well. Suzanne, Maggie and Irma (astrologist) are all fantastic! I follow them on FB and IG for updates and I've always been happy with the kind service and ambience Five Sisters offers. read more

If you ever feel a little bit lost or just want to discount for a little I recommend you go and hang out at five sisters. They have burning incenses and calm music welcoming you when you walk in. I have been coming to this spot for many years! It's tucked away near the falls, and it is the definition of a hidden gem. This is my go to Mothers Day spot. It's an eclectic mix of spiritual and artisanal jewelry, crystals, gems, and stones. They have home decor, like posters, artwork, and statues. I even took a reiki class there one time. They have great vibes, you can smell how cool the place is before you get in there. Go check it out. Go there on small business Saturday, I hope this place stays open always. read more

Everlasting love and light to Suzanne and Maggy! I no longer feel lost, received the afirmations I was seeking, and thanks to you both, I have re-commenced my spiritual journey. But, to all my yelpers, know this: Five Sisters in general, is not only mystical, but magical, healing, and a little piece of heaven. If you need a little peace, seeking answers or just want to shed a few cleansing tears, this is the place. This place is amazing!!! I am so happy I found Five Sisters. I try to stop by whenever possible because they have every product you need, and at real prices...I can tell the owner really cares. This store has awesome merchandise but I do have to say that being a costumer for years now the customer service isn't good to say the least. Employees aren't friendly and will follow you around the store to the point where you feel rushed and uncomfortable. I remember one time I was shopping and the lady at the counter came over and told me "are you ready yet? because we have to leave in five mins!" When the hours listed on the door said I still had an hour before they closed. Unfortunately we don't have many stores like this in Miami so I continue to shop here but sometimes the rudeness from employees make it hard to give my money. Also, double check when they add up your stuff it's happened twice already that they charge me for the same stone. read more

I've been to Five Sisters several times; and although I agree with some of the reviews that the energy in the store it's not what it use to be and at times it feels as if they are judging and overly monitoring; I actually enjoyed my last visit. Not because of the staff but because of my birth chart astrology reading. See, I decided I would try something different and book one of their offered services. I'm rating this a 5 star because i absolutely adored Raquelle. She provided so much information and knowledge about my life path and future potential in just 30 minutes and reminded me to take a step back and realign myself. She exudes passion through her readings and has an amazing energy/aura. My only regret was that I didn't book for 60 minutes. Five Sisters - Love her! read more

I have been going to Five Sisters for a long time, and everytime I go I bring people which means (more business for them). Today my friend and I took a trip over and knowingly we had to wait considering the pandemic which was completely ok with us. One of the employees took down my friends name and her number and told us to wait in our cars, an hour goes by so we call to ask our place in line and we are told 15 mins which was fine as well. 20 mins goes by and my friend checks her phone and sees a missed call from 1 minute ago, but the phone never rang so she immediately called back and a different employee answered the phone and rudely asked why we did not pick up our phone and that she gave our spot to someone else. We got out of the car and walked up and an Older woman who I have never seen before came out and called my friends name. She proceeded to tell us that they were at max capacity and only one of us could go in and went on about how she called us 4 times. I tried to explain to her we only received one call and the phone did not even ring, and even tried to show her on my friend's phone, which got her upset and defensive and disrespectful. The energy we felt was so negative we left. I was indeed rude back to her. Considering this woman works in a metaphysical shop she'd be a lot calmer. I won't be returning, hire people with better energies. read more

Best place in southwest Miami for meditations and spiritual classes. Good fair prices and reputable so you can trust the products they have. No price gauging or justifying small quartz going for $50 or any insane prices like other new shops that try to compete. They are not trying to rip off the spiritual community like some other "unharmonious' shops that treat spirituality as a get-rich-quick scheme, Five Sisters is a well known highly trustworthy place for a reason and it shows. Keep up the good vibes ladies! The products and the services sell themselves. read more

I have been to Five Sisters many times to purchase incense and crystals. I love this store and the girls who work here are amazing. I made an appt. to have a reading with a new psychic medium there. I was blown away. I have had readings with psychic mediums before and this was like nothing I have ever experienced. His name is Armando. He does not use tarot cards. He just sat in front of me and started speaking very calmly. He told me everything about me, my family, my husband, health issues, my business, he even gave me names of family members. I almost fell out of my chair. I highly recommend Armando. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him. I was looking for clarity and direction in my life and that is what I def. received. read more

My husband and I purchased some stones from this shop and when we arrived home to unpack and cleanse realized 3 of the stones we had purchased were missing. Drove back and was told they would have to watch security footage and call us back. 1st off, as a customer who willingly spent money and has pure intentions it feels horrible to be treated as such. We never received a phone call. A few days later I called and was told they were too busy to review the cameras, and no refunds could be issued. The energy exchange felt horrible and I've never been to a metaphysical store that lowered my vibration the way this store did. It doesn't feel like they are in it for the right and genuine reasons. I would not recommend shopping here because it's never okay to compromise your energy. Overall, this is extremely disappointing. Energy is not to be played with and the shop has no idea the negativity it's spreading. read more
