Me and my wife usually come here a couple of times a month but will not return for a long time. We got a to-go order that was brought tot he front as soon as I paid and we only live 2 moles from the restaurant. Ordered a salad with tuna on the side. Be aware that this is actual TUNA- NOT tuna SALAD. It was NOT. On the side but I asked for a small plate and put it on the side. It smelled raw . (I was thinking I was getting tuna SALAD). I just couldn't even TASTE it , it smelled so "fishy". Partner ordered the cheeseburger with sweet potato fries- he said his order was perfect. The salad was good and was just as ordered. I just I had ordered the chicken instead of the tuna. The waitresses were very kind and accommodating . The restaurant appeared clean and social distancing was fairly maintained. Reviews stated a sanitation grade of "A" although we did not see this posted anywhere. Waitress checked on us 2-3 times, kept drinks filled. Keep in mind, the atmosphere is "sports bar" oriented so the music was loud and there were tv's everywhere. You could either watch 2 men trying to beat each other senseless or multiple cars/ trucks racing around in a circle , occasionally using each other as targets- which, all in all, beats beats watching 2 people trying to swallow each other's tongues on a public screen or hearing people see how much vulgarity and profanity they can spew while trying to make points about which not many of us care. . The music, though quite loud, was not bad- It could have even been considered "fine dining" music in some circles - if not for the inability to carry on an actual conversation without shouting. Would probably eat hear again in the future- just don't order the tuna. And see if you can locate the ever elusive sanitation grade. Husband and I came in for lunch after fall fest in Albemarle. Tate was our server and provided great suggestions and service. We had pretzels and asked for suggestions for the tap. Tate suggested Hilltop Imperial Cider and it was so good and refreshing. For lunch I had burger and honestly one of the best I have ever had- well seasoned and perfectly cooked. The sweet potato fries were crispy and not greasy. Hubby had the wings which were super meaty. My parents, my husband and myself dined at five points last night and it was great. We were in town to visit some family and my dad had a gift card to use so we stopped in for dinner. We didn't have to wait for a table so that was nice. Service was great even though I could tell our waitress was busy. We started with the delicious sloppy Joe waffle fry appetizer, and enjoyed salads, burgers, wings and Chicken Alfredo. Everyone enjoyed their meals. My first choice was broccoli but the manager came out to let us know it was a popular choice tonight and we arrived late so I completely understood. It was a sign that I needed to try the grits. Been here about 4 times now and always love it. Very welcoming staff and the food is amazing. Romantic with an adorable outside seating area, perfect for a date night but also good for a family outing. The atmosphere is somewhat upscale but very reasonably priced. Sure you can get more expensive plates like a steak but they also have things like gourmet burgers, chicken sandwiches and tacos for $9.95. My husband loves the craft beers on tap and I love their make your own salads that are so good you forget you're even eating a salad. My favorite restaurant in town! We really enjoyed this spot! We had the house made pimiento cheese app, which was delicious! 2 of the ladies had burgers and fries and the other 3 in our group had the shrimp tacos. The girls said their burgers were fabulous! We thought the shrimp tacos could use a little more seasoning and the Brussels sprouts were just steamed, not roasted. We stopped and ate here after doing the high ropes course at the Carolina Tree Top Challenge in town, it came recommended. Staff were super friendly, very clean and atmosphere super casual. Dining inside or outside, and food was excellent. Teenagers had turkey club and wings, and I had shrimp tacos. The shrimp were huge and delicious , one couldn't finish the turkey Club because of it's mammoth size, and the other ate the chicken wings faster than I have ever seen before.
