I think it was something like $20 for every ten emails given. I know for fact this storage is not a good place at all. I'm experiencing their poor treatment . I can't wait to clear my belongings out and move on to a much better self storage. These people will have all access to your bank accounts. ,they will then make reasons up to charge you $40 here,$15 there. Always helping themselves to your money, without first contacting you. They send themselves over to your unit, as your in it, driving back n forth, doing a whole lot of nothing, while casing your unit. Unfortunately, I have been with them for at least 3 yrs if not 4. Not one time have I received a thank you for your business, or, thanks for being a loyal costumer. I called the office to see what our options were and was fortunate to have the Regional Manager, Amanda, answer the phone. I explained our situation and she was extremely friendly and helpful in providing a solution at no extra cost. It was a very stressful time and I greatly appreciated her assistance!
