Super clean facility. Top-notch. Not one speck of dirt in my unit when I moved in. I left my storage unit unlocked the first day, and the staff member called me to let me know that it was unlocked. That was the very first day. That shows efficiency and caring. There is plenty of lighting during the evening. Easy access to get in, using your app on your phone. Highly recommend this facility. Staff is very efficient, personable, and willing to help. He gave me all the necessary information regarding insurance, etc. you get what you pay for with this company. Never ever rent from Extra Space! Their rates are outrageous. I rented 2 units, one was 10x20, and the other was 10x10. They get you in with a low price but within 6 months they double the cost. I started out at $150. After 6 months it went to $300 and 6 months after that $400. That's when I got out of there. Go to ABC storage!!! They are great people with reasonable prices and when they raise their rates which is not often it's $10-15 a month not $100 a month like Extra Space. Extra Space holds you hostage PAY WHATEVER WE WANT OR WE KEEP YOUR STUFF!!! DON'T GO THERE!! read more

I rented a unit for several months because of their promotions. However, I only used the storage for 6 weeks. I was not given a refund for the months that I had paid in advance. Great place..The facility is very clean and has air conditioning, which is nice on hot days when your moving stuff in or out. The units have motion sensor lighting so you can actually see..esp sence you have access untill 10 pm. Also there are utility Flat carts to assist your moving of heavy and large items. My son had a back injury and wore a brace his manager gave him for three days. Urgent care MD did not restrict his work duty. But this company did. Wanted him to get all this paperwork completed in a month and a return to work note provided by the treating MD. Funny thing, he still couldn't get an appointment with the treating specialist in 30 days. So they hired someone else and fired him. That's just wrong. He was unemployed for a couple months with no health insurance! Absolutely incredible! read more

Staff is great along with the faculty however it is governed by a corporate organization outside the state that determines the rent. Went up almost $150 in less than 2 years however they did honor my service in Law Enforcement the placed it lower however found another unit that will be $50 cheaper a month. Will be leaving this month but the staff was great but just cooperated increased to much. read more

The worst storage unit place I have ever been to. They need a new manager. I have never been so disrespected and treated so rude in my entire life. I was with them for almost a year then I randomly got a letter saying that I had 15 days to vacate when I asked why they said they didn't need a reason and they can deny service to anyone. I paid them four months in advance and they said they wouldn't refund me for the future months that I paid until the unit was completely empty. They also said I could access my unit to get my things for 15 days BUT the next three times I came for my things my code wouldn't work and I had to go to the front office while they called the manager and I waited for like 20 minutes to be let in the gate just to find out that my key didn't work cause they locked on top of it so I had to go back to the office so they could come out and let me in so I could get my things. This company will try to rob you and take your money and things. This company should not even be aloud to do the things they do for absaluntly no reason at all. read more

Clean and friendly great service always feel welcomed

Long story short I had to move in 2 weeks. The girls at extra space storage were amazing!! Considering I originally got a large unit because I wasn't sure if I was going to find an apartment in that time frame. When I did, they had no problem down grading my unit for me. They were super accommodating and had great customer service skills. I work in the restaurant industry and I'm very aware of when someone is going the extra mile for their customers. These girls went above and beyond! Also they had such a great upbeat and approachable attitude towards their job. Which really made the experience even better considong my difficult situation. To some people that might not matter but it was so nice walking in there to be greeted in such a way. These girls deserve a raise or nice vacation. read more

I highly recommend this storage facility. It's new, well-constructed, secure, easy to move into, and under good management. I had to quickly move my apartment into storage and they were super helpful by phone and then in person. This business is overcharging for there small cramped spaces where you can't stack things. Cause it has a chicken wire ceiling. The staff is rude and not friendly at all. They complain and treat people like criminals. Your suppose to feel safe and secure when you trust a buisnesswith your important family heirlooms. This place maxed out the space they had to squeeze every penny they could. There elevators are slow and take forever. But if you are there 5min after 10 they will verbally assault you and treat you like scum. Bad place. I suggest any other place in spokane. This is overpriced for low quality and rude employees.
