This is one of nicest 5 Guys in the area. The staff is so friendly! They do a really great job in recognizing you as a customer by their welcoming greetings and service with a smile. It's surprisingly large because it's street view makes it seem small, but once you get inside you realize it has a very large footprint and great for a large group of family or friends. The burger was juicy and full of flavor, and the hot dog was grilled just right with plenty of toppings to choose from. I also tried their new sliders, and they were the perfect portion for me, just the right size without feeling too heavy. The fries were delicious, fresh, and well-seasoned and served in generous portions. The staff are always super friendly and welcoming. This so the first review of 2022 and my first time at the Five Guys done they move to their new location. The location is very clean and nice. I took some pictures while I waited on my food. I was so hungry so I ended up getting my usual: cheeseburger all the way, veggie sandwich with cheese extra mushrooms l, and small Cajun fries. As usual I can never eat the small before they get cold. And now this l I took sells MILKSHAKES And MALT! This other place that I've been to which is like the off brand Five Guys (I will not mention their names...but they do have Burger in it...wink wink) acted like they had no idea what "malt" was...smdh I guess it must be a generational thing. But anywho the real deal had them and I got me a salted caramel malt. And baby it was hitting! While I waited I grabbed some peanuts which are always fresh and slightly roasted. Sandwiches was messy and good as usual so nothing to report about that. So a solid 5 because of food, malt, and the customer service is always cheerful and quick! My favorite burgers but can get expensive so I only come here every so often especially after a workout. read more

Greasy and wet. Used to go out of my way to get a burger and fries from 5 guys. Now that there is one on every corner it has lost a lot of its appeal. Fries are still one of the best things but ask for no salt, they are heavy handed. read more

Finally made it to this location!!! First, this is a fries only review because that is specifically what came for!! Thankfully, there was no line so I was able to walk right in and place my order. As you know the fries are made to order so they were piping hot with my cajun seasoning on the side as requested. The location was very clean, matter of act spotless so you know they take cleanliness seriously Staff was friendly from start to finish. I haven't been to Five Guys in years. However, I just finished watching "The Menu" and was in the mood for an old-school cheeseburger. I was driving past this location and figured it would be worth a try. This location was a lot cleaner than I remember others I tried. More importantly, the service was quick, and the burger was delicious. Probably not as good as one Chef Slowick could whip up at Hawthorn's but with far less drama. I guess there's not much more to say except that I'm reminded of how great their food is, and now I'm certain to be back sooner. read more

The concept is simple - and I've reviewed them a few times - fresh (non frozen) ingredients, wide spaces, cleanliness, speed, free peanuts and that all-around Americana type fast food. Looks like they made the decision to keep the quality and raise the price. Two little burgers, one w/ cheese, and their smallest fry was $25!! Same order a while back was $17. Huge price increase (32%). BUT, it was delicious, no compromise on quantity or quality. It does affect our going there, though. In fact, for lunch the place was empty. I hope they lowered their profit margin and not raise prices to maintain/increase them. Businesses have to take the hit, too. Restaurants are facing a tough conflict. Keep in mind we are the only people in the restaurant since it's like 7 pm. I told the worker to not sweep around our table while my family is eating since all the dust is being lifted up into our food. The a-hole never even apologize. This Five Guys uses a delivery service called Postmates that doesn't deliver. No apparent coordination with the restaurant. I had to pick up the order myself and at this point impossible to reach Postmates. I tried to get credit for my 20% tip with no success. Then I received a receipt from them saying I received the delivery, which I never did. Five Guys had no control over the transaction and should try another delivery service. read more
