When I visited, there was a noticeable smell in the air that my daughter kept complaining about. The burger itself was decent, and the fries were actually pretty good. The restrooms were clean, which I appreciated. However, the service was definitely slow--there was no one ahead of me when I ordered, and it still took about 15-20 minutes. I understand the burgers are made fresh, but it seems like there's always a long wait regardless of how busy it is.

Not happy with this place…read more The first time I ate here was in person and it was great. After that, I ordered for pick up. It's clear they don't care about customers when you order pick up. Both times my crab cake was dressed with wilted, rotting lettuce and both times they failed to include the tartar sauce that was asked for (and on the receipt!). For the price, the fact they still get a full tip, and they don't even have to bus a table, they should pay attention to the details. Really disappointing. Oh, and the calamari is really poor quality.

What stood out most is that the food is halal, GMO- and antibiotic-free, and made from scratch. That freshness really came through in the taste. We also received our order quickly, which was a big plus. Ambience is what is at places where fast food is served. Overall, this is definitely a spot I'll be returning to whenever I'm in the area.

To start, they brought out bread and oil to eat prior to our food arriving. It was cold. I genuinely believe it came straight out of the fridge, since the room was warmer than the bread. We both order the wagyu burgers and I got a beer. $25 a pop. I was hoping it would be a solid burger but it genuinely so boring. The bacon looked like it was boiled. If I were on the west coast, I would rather have gone to in n out or shake shake here. Fries were also mid. I'd also like to add: when booking a reservation with them, I was asked, "is this for a special occasion?" to which it was my girlfriends birthday. While I am not entitled to anything free, I think it is weird that it was asked but not recognized in any form such as a "happy birthday". On the positive, our service was kind and attentive. The ambience is nice. I would never go here again. It was $70 for two extremely average burgers and one beer.

I wrote a review from Fathers day already. Its my grandsons 12th birthday and guess where he wants to go? I agreed, because they get to choose. I told them waitress that last time was horrible, she understood and took on the challenge. All was well until dinners came in. Only my wife had a salad before her entree. When the entrees came to the table, by another server, my wife had no meal and mine was missing a loaded potato. The kids also had no ranch, which is a federal crime to them. We asked 2 others and our server, never received. When our server came out to see how dinner was going, I told her we are missing 1 entrees and my side of potato. She quickly went to kitchen and came back with the potatoes and then apologized for not keying in my wife's dinner. By the time she received her meal, most of us were done. The manager 1st came to apologize and said that she will comp us a dessert, but still no entrees yet. It took another 20 minutes from our entrees, before she received hers. The manager came back and said the entrees is on her. The food is always good, but for 6 people, over $200, I would like to eat together and have great service. When they brought out a free dessert for the birthday boy, they never asked what he likes, of course it was not what he wanted. He blew out the candle and then I ordered the dessert he did want for his birthday. Yes, you guessed it, I paid for that and the free dessert the manager mentioned, must have been recalled because entrees was free, which was the higher price, but she should have given her the dessert to make up to HER, for delayed food, since I paid for the meal only I benefited. Its saddening that this will be off our list here in Woodbridge. There are many others to choose from, even with 4 or 5 going out of business lately. In closing, the food is good, but service is terrible and since managers were involved, it seems like a culture problem of quality employees.

I should have went with lil Caesar's at least their pizza taste like pizza and never had any problems with flavor lacking. Not sure how you can make pizza taste like cardboard with all those veggies and cheese... This "chocolate cake" is actually some type of mousse style cake that you can get in the freezer section of any grocery store. Tastes good but I was hoping it was actually a chocolate cake so I can eat with some ice cream. Now to the best and only good part of the meal was the chicken wings. Tasty, spicy, and hot glad I got these because the rest of the meal will most likely go in the trash. So wish I would have ordered a small because this isn't worth even freezing for when I have a taste for some pizza! I'll probably just make myself eat maybe another 2-pieces then the rest goes in the trash.. As always go with your first mind...I should have gotten up and went to the other spot instead of being lazy and ordering delivery...I guess I learned today!
