I kept repeating myself, and my daughter too, then service backed-up, and I'm STILL not having my order fulfilled, it's super cold that day like 12 degrees, and I'm STILL trying to pay for stuff, while also STILL not having what we ordered. My husband was so unhappy. It took almost an hour to even sit down, and like I said it wasn't even busy when we walked in, and nobody else was there. So, my food was halfway cold, soggy, falling apart, and also incorrect. This guy working there, turned to me and acted like he was somehow trying to be nice to me, and giving me a break, when they just refused to do what I asked for and paid for, and what comes with the option I offered, and tried to make it seem like somehow I was ungrateful, or taking advantage of them. HOW DOES THIS MAKE ANY SENSE? If you buy a meal option, and it comes with certain options and choices WHICH YOU PAID FOR WHY ARE YOU NOT GIVING ME WHAT I BOUGHT??? Nobody who worked in this plaza will go there for lunch, breaks, meals, etc. because it's so weird when you go in there and try to buy something. And, all of my friends whom live in the neighborhoods near here all talk about how they'll NEVER GO BACK THERE. I'd originally planned on going back a few more times, to try other food items, since it's a popular franchise outside of Massachusetts, but my husband was so bothered by that 1st experience, that he won't let me go back. But, he did return 1 other time, because he was just so hungry, and his blood sugar was low, and his coworker wanted to go there. The ice cream at Dairy Queen is still good. We like this Dairy Queen because it's close to where we live and the fact is that when it opens, it's signifies the start of all the welcome warm weather. This is especially important when we've had a rough, cold, dreary, snowy winter season therefore the opening of Dairy Queen for the season is a right of passage in our household. One of my favorite treats at Dairy Queen is the peanut butter parfait, which has vanilla soft serve topped with hot fudge, whipped cream and crunchy peanuts.
