The restaurant was clean and the service was friendlier than most other Burger Kings that I've been to. But the fries were a bit too salty, the Sprite that I got to drink was kind of flat and the burger that I received came with condiments on it when I specifically asked that there be no condiments on the sandwich. I didn't have time to go back to the counter and get them to remake the sandwich so I ate it exactly as it was served to me and it tasted okay but would have been much better had it been plain like I asked for it. I might give them one more chance if I ever happen to be in the area again but it's not a place that I'd go out of my way to go to. They had some construction going on at the drive thru but they were still letting customers use it. I do not live local to this place so I chose to eat in the dining room. They did have a spacious dining room and there is ample parking in their parking lot. For the pleasant service and the cleanliness of the restaurant I'll give it three stars. read more

Drive through is unacceptably slow. The employee shuffled my food to the window; my one year old could've outrun her. And I ordered two Whopper Jrs with cheese. I got two patties with a slice of cheese on buns. The manager was very helpful when I called in. He said the employee had misheard me and thought I wanted them plain and he refunded my order. Arrived at drive through lane Sept 20, 2024 at 1:30pm. I normally get my fast food at McDonald's but thought I'd change it up and try Burger King instead. My spouse was at Dana Farber Cancer center receiving his chemotherapy treatment. I had a wait time of 20 minutes in the car, ordered 2 original chicken sandwich meals both with added cheese, one with onion rings and one with fries, and two soft drinks. After I left I realized I only was given one soft drink but I didn't want to wait any longer and accepted the stores error. After I arrived to the cancer treatment facility, I opened the bag and to my shocking surprise the errors just kept going. I had one original chicken sandwich plain, with only cheese and none of the mayo and lettuce, one small order of onion rings and one small fry. I ate here for decades. Few weeks ago Sunday morning pulled into the drive-through and placed my order. The nice lady I always deal with asked for a name for the order and I said a name isn't needed. A male voice comes over the speaker saying "don't be an a*hole". I got to the window and told the lady I needed to talk to the manager. She said I'll take care of it and gave me my meal for free. This formerly disgusting BK location has totally turned things around. Started eating here again in the beginning of 2019. The food is much tastier and no longer missing its condiments. The employees are of better quality, even a remodel of the restaurant has been thrown in. Food is a bit stale towards the last hour near their drive-though closing time of 10pm though. THIS STORE DISCRIMINATES AGAINST BLIND PEOPLE. We took our blind sister to BK (with her blind stick and everything) walked up to the dining room doors before 9:30pm tonight. I got there first and was waiting for the other 2 to catch up, the employee walked up to the door, looked at them and then at me and locked the door (with other customers currently sitting inside the dining room eating). I thought maybe he just locked one door, so the other two came up and we tried the doors, several employees including a manager looked at us from the counter and completely ignored us. So we went back to our Uber to go through the drive thru, where they took our order down wrong, asked us to pull around and wait for food, and then didn't bring the drinks out at all. We reminded the employee about the 3 large drinks, he went back and got 3 purposely underfilled medium drinks and the missing food. The fries tasted like leftovers from last week that had been refried, and everything else was cold and disgusting. I called to ask when they closed their dining room and was told 10pm, even though the BK website says 12am, and regardless we were there before 9:30pm (our drive thru receipt says 9:34pm).
