BK has really stepped up their act recently. The Whoppers are much better, with everything fresher, in a box and a better bun. The service is better also. Good Job BK, you are paying attention and we love this place again. read more

This is the worst service I have ever encountered. My wife went last week to get fries and a water, took 40 minutes in the drive through. I went today and took 30 minutes for same order. There was only 2 cars ahead of me in line. Would have driven away after several minutes but they have you hostage in line stuck between the Burger King and a retaining wall. Avoid this place like the plague. read more

This place is the slowest fast food chain location the guys on the headset are nice. But I think BK would benefit if they used AI to do the ordering and workers that could make the food or since it's always short staffed if they could get some robots to make the food. Every time I come here the drive thru line never moves it takes at least 45 minutes. I just sat at the speaker for 25 minutes while the 3 cars stayed in front of me not moving...... please get your employees some extra help because it's not fair to them or the customers so many customers see the line and just turn around read more

I just ordered from there for $68 my entire order missing and all I got was a bag of fries and not the drink I ordered. I just tried calling them and no answer currently time 8:58 pm read more

Food was good. My husband tried the big fish, said it was good. Great customer service. Alex was very nice. Restaurant was clean. read more

terrible. left my elderly mother in car ran in to get my takeout at Weymouth Washington Street kication as I wanted to treat her to a burger. I ordered family meal. the moment I stepped up to the counter I encountered the nastiest and rudest assistant manager Alex. not sure if he was having a bad day but when I asked if he can make sure everything was in the bag he started to get angry. I stood at the counter quietly waiting for the kids to put my shakes in the cup holder, I was called names by Alex and told to get my food and get out of the store before he calls the police to physically remove me. wow, I was shocked. never encountered such a thing in my life read more

my friend just got on new medication that makes her alittle hazy . she forgot to ask for only ketchup on her burger , so we went back around to fix it . the worker , i dont know his name , but he was really big with missing teeth and a mustache . he proceeds to swear and cuss at us because we wanted to remake it . we explained that it wasnt his fault , and that we didnt say only ketchup but he continued to be irritated and honestly made us feel like shit . the only reason i gave 2 stars on this review is because this time the food wasnt half made :") read more

Service is extremely poor. Ordered online and went to ask them about my order because it was taking so long. They got my order wrong anyway. Had to pick something else and ended up overpaying because what I originally bought cost more. Just a bad experince period. read more

Good service and cool interior. Also they gave us a Lotta fries. The food here was very tasty and also hot and fresh right out of the oven.

absolutely the worst!!! waited 40 mins in the drive through lane as i couldn't pull out with a car behind me and in front of me. i ordered a whopper jr. and a small fry. waited another 10 mins in the, pulled up to the window and was handed a stone, cold whopper jr and fry , i'm sure they sat on the counter. As if that were bad enough i bit into the cold burger and it was awful!!!! the burger seemed like it was cooked hours in advance, dry and hard. disgusting!!!!!! you have been warned!!! worst part about this is they were all adults working at this burger king. TERRIBLE!! too bad i had to give them a one star. they don't deserve it! read more

Drive through is unacceptably slow. The employee shuffled my food to the window; my one year old could've outrun her. And I ordered two Whopper Jrs with cheese. I got two patties with a slice of cheese on buns. The manager was very helpful when I called in. He said the employee had misheard me and thought I wanted them plain and he refunded my order. Who orders a plain Whopper Jr with cheese; that's not even a cheeseburger! It's not just BK. No one does their job anymore. read more

Lack of cleanliness. Employees are always wearing dirty clothes. The kitchen floor is always dirty with fries splattered everywhere on the kitchen floor. Is this a reflection of the cleanliness of their cooking and how they handle the food? The drive thru window was also dirty when I visited. What is going on with Burger King? read more

The food here is good, however all too many times we have gone there and the doors are locked due to staffing problems. Don't count on being able to dine in as it it's pot luck. This is especially true after 5 pm apparently. Many good meal deals, much cheaper and better than McDonalds but being greeted by locked doors is not good for business read more

Placed my order online and arrived around 8:20pm. The doors were locked so they told me do drive thru. Almost an hour later, I'm still waiting in the drive thru. Each car takes at least 10 mins before getting their order. If you're looking for fast food, this is clearly not it. I also asked if they gave me ketchup and without hesitation, he said yes. I'll leave you all with a little mystery if there was any ketchup when I opened the bag... read more

I've never had a problem at this BK location other than maybe a slow drive thru line but that's pretty much happening everywhere.

Arrived at drive through lane Sept 20, 2024 at 1:30pm. I normally get my fast food at McDonald's but thought I'd change it up and try Burger King instead. My spouse was at Dana Farber Cancer center receiving his chemotherapy treatment. I had a wait time of 20 minutes in the car, ordered 2 original chicken sandwich meals both with added cheese, one with onion rings and one with fries, and two soft drinks. After I left I realized I only was given one soft drink but I didn't want to wait any longer and accepted the stores error. After I arrived to the cancer treatment facility, I opened the bag and to my shocking surprise the errors just kept going. I had one original chicken sandwich plain, with only cheese and none of the mayo and lettuce, one small order of onion rings and one small fry. This was a huge disappointment, not to mention my spouses face while receiving his chemo that his sandwich was disappointing. What a dissatisfying experience. read more

I have, in the past, had adequate fast food experiences at this restaurant. However, on my last two "visits" I had 1) an order fulfilled inaccurately, 2) a tepid response from Corporate on the subject, and tonight on my attempt to give the location another chance 3) found the restaurant which is listed as being open til midnight shuttered and the drive-thru cordoned off as of 10:45pm. It is RAMPANTLY OBVIOUS that Burger King, at all levels, has absolutely no standards for performance and absolutely no regard for the opinions of their customers. Burger King has made it ABUNDANTLY CLEAR to me that they do not need my business. Logically that means they also do not need YOUR business. Please, get food anywhere BUT this despicable establishment that not only cannot even get an order right, but additionally cannot even observe their own posted hours of operation within some sort of reasonable limits. The sheer amount of disrespect this shows for their own patrons is beyond my ability to comprehend. You are a fool of the highest caliber if you choose to try to dine at Burger King, whenever exactly it is they even feel like being open and entertaining your request for some food. read more

I ate here for decades. Few weeks ago Sunday morning pulled into the drive-through and placed my order. The nice lady I always deal with asked for a name for the order and I said a name isn't needed. A male voice comes over the speaker saying "don't be an a*hole". I got to the window and told the lady I needed to talk to the manager. She said I'll take care of it and gave me my meal for free. Doesn't matter. Any business that calls its customers an a*hole will never get my money again. read more

The restaurant was clean and the service was friendlier than most other Burger Kings that I've been to. But the fries were a bit too salty, the Sprite that I got to drink was kind of flat and the burger that I received came with condiments on it when I specifically asked that there be no condiments on the sandwich. I didn't have time to go back to the counter and get them to remake the sandwich so I ate it exactly as it was served to me and it tasted okay but would have been much better had it been plain like I asked for it. I might give them one more chance if I ever happen to be in the area again but it's not a place that I'd go out of my way to go to. They had some construction going on at the drive thru but they were still letting customers use it. I do not live local to this place so I chose to eat in the dining room. They did have a spacious dining room and there is ample parking in their parking lot. For the pleasant service and the cleanliness of the restaurant I'll give it three stars. read more

Was denied service because I did not have a mask which I would understand BUT the employee who kicked me out had their mask pulled down, not covering their nose and barely over his mouth. Hypocrite! read more

Went to this Burger King and somehow got sick to my stomach within hours of eating. I've never been sick from Burger King before this is just sad honestly. I should have figured that it wasn't great since it was empty and not a car in sight at this location. Store needs to be inspected for sure, reading other reviews shows there is clearly more than one thing wrong with this place. Would give a half a star if possible, solely because I got my food fast. read more

This formerly disgusting BK location has totally turned things around. Started eating here again in the beginning of 2019. The food is much tastier and no longer missing its condiments. The employees are of better quality, even a remodel of the restaurant has been thrown in. Food is a bit stale towards the last hour near their drive-though closing time of 10pm though. To sum it up, every time I go through the drive-through, I'm happy. It didn't used to be that way. Nice turnaround BK! read more

This location is clean but at 6pm I got cold nuggets and cold fries. The whopper was doused in mayo, thankfully I love mayo but for anyone else it would probably not be too good. read more

I'm very upset about this Burger King.. when it's not even busy they still have the crappiest food! The Whopper had all the toppings fused together like it's been there for 2 hours. Lettuce, tomatoes, onions ect looked like a jigsaw puzzle gone bad!! And the lackluster attitude to serve the customers is beyond a joke. When I asking you to kiss our ass but just give us the bare minimum of respect when we come into the establishment. Will I go back, yes but only cause the cheap Price. read more

Friday night and I was told that their system was down and they could not take my order. Sounded like a bunch of bullshit to me

I've been here twice and the customer service is not great at all you wait in the drive thru for 30 mins the other day and 15 mins today it's been a horrible experience both times! Otherwise the food great for a quick bite on the go. read more

Okay so I haven't had Burger King in 9 years .. I've been vegan since then. With the new release of impossible burger at Burger King, i had to try it. The restaurant was clean, and up to date. Staff was super friendly. I ordered the burger with no mayo to go. Took it home and added vegan mayo to it. It was so good. Found my new fast food spot! read more

THIS STORE DISCRIMINATES AGAINST BLIND PEOPLE. We took our blind sister to BK (with her blind stick and everything) walked up to the dining room doors before 9:30pm tonight. I got there first and was waiting for the other 2 to catch up, the employee walked up to the door, looked at them and then at me and locked the door (with other customers currently sitting inside the dining room eating). I thought maybe he just locked one door, so the other two came up and we tried the doors, several employees including a manager looked at us from the counter and completely ignored us. So we went back to our Uber to go through the drive thru, where they took our order down wrong, asked us to pull around and wait for food, and then didn't bring the drinks out at all. We reminded the employee about the 3 large drinks, he went back and got 3 purposely underfilled medium drinks and the missing food. The fries tasted like leftovers from last week that had been refried, and everything else was cold and disgusting. I called to ask when they closed their dining room and was told 10pm, even though the BK website says 12am, and regardless we were there before 9:30pm (our drive thru receipt says 9:34pm). I'm almost certain that there isn't any Burger King in the region that isn't utter crap now. Service is slow, orders are mixed, and the already bad food is made worse by poor construction. Convenient location is a poor excuse, however... Occasionally we go to this Burger King with the coupons we get in the mail. Their food is not up to Burger King standards. Recently, we arrived to find a sign on the door that they were completely out of Fries and tomatoes. HUH?? Tomatoes for the sandwiches is one thing, but Fries are one of their staples. They might just have been out of hamburgers too... and closed up for the night. We went down the street to McD's. read more
