Cashier seemed to rush me and give me an attitude about asking for a military discount. Every table was filthy, and I had to wipe down my own table. When I got my shake the team member was very rude. Everything about this place has went down hill. I paid 22$ for a burger fries and shake. Totally not worth even stepping in. I should've went somewhere else, but I followed the crowd. DO NOT COME HERE. 0 stars

I went to a Five Guys in Texas and was very underwhelmed and when I moved to Ohio, several people mentioned Five Guys as the best burger ever. I thought I would finally give them another try. The burger in Ohio is just as bad in Ohio as they are in Texas. The patty is ultra flat. Crispy on the outside, which is not a bad thing but when this thin it underplays the taste of actual burger. The bun was soft and good. Toppings fresh and more than adequate. Juice factor on the burger was awesome but couldn't relate the juice to the skinny meat patty. The above in itself is a one star. Just the burger reviewed. The establishment is remodeled and organized horribly. Floors and walls bounce sound all over the place. At the register had hard time ordering with screaming crew behind her. Close quarters and they have to scream really loud. The stench is really horrible from all the grease. Ventilation not working properly. Tables arranged so customers coming in has to cruise pass some of the eaters and new customers waddle in because it is confusing which direction. If you are going to claim to have the best burgers, then best provide the results. As a chain, they have a good business model. No combos. Toppings are free. Order and build. Simple. Last time I had the milkshake and they were very good. Fries last time good as well and they cut the fries fresh. They only change is to stop promoting "Best Burger by "Washingtonian Magazine Readers" - what the hell does that mean anyways? If you do come here, get at least two patties, fries and milkshake and get it to go.

    Little Bacon Cheeseburger, fries, drink

Five Guys never disappoints! Today I ordered the Little Bacon Cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, ketchup, Mayo, and extra pickles. The burger was cooked just right and delicious. They were pretty busy since I got there right at lunchtime. Even though they were packed, everyone working was hustling, getting orders filled fast and cleaning. The place looked very clean. I've enjoyed Five Guys ever since they made a home in Toledo!

    Clearly says BACON

22,000 employee's back there, ok a little exaggerated, it plenty of people and they can't add bacon as ordered. These burgers ain't cheap but what a disappointment with my to go order. Horrible system for such a big franchise, trying to read tickets laying on the same counter burgers are being put together. Mass confusion=mistakes!

I found Five Guys burgers to be very shallow and pedantic. The burgers are extremely over priced!

I loved the paprika and sour cream sauce. I ordered the roast beef sliders with the horseradish aioli on the side. They were amazing! I wish I could cook roast beef like these sliders. (I learned about the sliders on their website promotions page.) My husband had the Classic Hot dog with macaroni and cheese. He ate every bite! We ordered the Lemon Strudel with ice cream for dessert. I loved the signed buns hanging on the walls. Fun decor! I am glad that I was able to come here for the very first time.

Lauri laughs when I say it smells like Ohio when walking in; woody and old and alive in all its dim lighting and kitsch. tables are nice for groups but it's just us so we sit at the bar and we get a Packo's Feast plus an extra cabbage roll - we're here catching up so 'food' was more of a place for meeting than a reason, but get an extra cabbage just the same. hand rolled seasonal beefs and porks and rice wrapped in cabbages and simmered in a thick tomatoey sauce, plated lightly sauced with hot pickles on the side - man these are good. the hot dogs are more like smoke sausage than weiners and split because that's how it's done; plus onions, kraut, and yellow mustard (just like god intended) under a generous slather of dog sauce plus hot pickles on the side. cup of chili comes with an equal amount of baby oyster crackers in second a bowl. now i shall spend the afternoon musing on a simpler place in time. the last law of thermodynamics states that food is cold at the same temperature where beer is warm. but good food will still be good at room temperature or even out of the fridge (a few items test the hypothesis but don't break it) so sit and talk and listen, the food will still be there and still be good...

The interior is a step back in time to maybe the 70's. Lots of indoor seating. You order at the counter and wait while they prepare it. Service took awhile because they were doing the drive-thru traffic. Once we got our food we waited at the end of the counter to pay, sort of cafeteria style. My all beef King dog was very filling. And the onion rings were fried to perfection. My hubs said the chili cheese dog was tasty. The prices are very affordable. So if you are looking for cheap eats this is your place. There were also 5 adults in line, but not all together. None of them were able to order because a small middle aged man, who appeared to be in charge, was screaming at a young man who was also behind the counter. Most of his language consisted of cuss words. The family folks quickly asked that the screaming and cussing be stopped. The young man who was the target of this tirade also asked the supervisor to stop this behavior in front of the children. Within a couple of minutes, those of us in line, rapidly left the building, in fear that we may be soon witnessing a physical fight or worse. On the way out the door, we were asked by those in the drive through what the hold up was. When they were told, they started to leave. Thought that ownership should know what is going on at this store. This situation was totally one sided. No one should have to put up with that kind of treatment.
