He took the initiative to come out and sprayed down both the tables and bench seats. Ordered - * hubby got his usual- the chicken teriyaki rice bowl. Served in a melamine bowl. * I got the cheeseburger with grilled onions and a side of onion rings. The beef patty was grilled but not much umami. And too much iceberg lettuce. The onion rings were very oily but tasty. We'll continue to come as it's a good price point and convenient.

There is a restroom where you can wash your hands, but it requires a key, so bringing hand sanitizer or wet wipes may be helpful. I can buy an entire head of lettuce for about that price. What bothered me even more was that no one mentioned the charge when I placed my order. It wasn't until I picked up my food and saw the receipt that I realized I had been charged extra. Customers deserve to know about additional charges before they order, not after the fact. When I politely asked why there was a $2.50 charge, the employee simply looked at me and said, "I don't know." There was no explanation, no offer to ask someone else, and no attempt to address a perfectly reasonable question. That level of customer service was just as disappointing as the surprise charge. The burger was excellent, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. At this point, I don't plan on coming back. Or maybe I'll just bring my own lettuce next time. The fries were good, but I personally prefer thinner fries, more like McDonald's size. If I changed anything, I would've asked for extra mayo on the burger. Definitely coming back!
