Burger meat is bland and has no flavor. Great fries. Employee unlocked the bathroom door while I was in it and opened the door to let a customer in. He was stunned to find me in there...y'all need a better policy. read more

Last night we went to eat burgers at Five Guys and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of customer service care we received. This group is amazing and they give their heart. Thank you for your kindness and the love you give to everyone that walks in to this restaurant. This is the best place with amazing people. Thank you for brightening up our world. read more

Five guys is located next to Walmart and has tons of parking. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The burgers and fries do not disappoint. One day they will hopefully serve chicken fingers. It's a bit pricey. $10ish bucks for just a burger. . read more

A well run 5 guys burger. My little fries were not so little. Huge portions here. Burger was juicy and the veggies on my burger was fresh too. Restaurant was well lit and very clean too. Hard to find restaurants that are open during the off peak season around here. Glad they were open. Would definitely come back if I was in the area again. read more

Five Guys - Little Fries, wow that's alot - Burgers Near Me - Rio Grande, New Jersey

I'm pretty sure the food at five guys speaks for itself so I'd like to speak about the service. I showed up shortly after 9pm and it says they close at 10. Every single employee in there was extremely nice as if they had just started their shift. It's not often that this is the case in the world today, and I hope they get recognized for this. Thank you for being so pleasant. I wish there were more employees like you! read more

This was my first time having Five Guys in a while, and now I remember why I don't frequent this place. The food tastes good, but nothing special. I do like how you can add as many toppings as you want to the burger, and they give you a ton of fries, but $14 for a takeout burger and fries is a bit much in my opinion. read more

I love the burger and fries. I was happy when they started delivering. The place is so clean and the staff is very friendly.

I hadn't been to Five Guys in awhile and sadly, it's not what I remember. The french fries were always our favorite, especially since they are all natural with the skin on. Well, these fries were a huge DISAPPOINTMENT!!! These have a strange coating that made most of the fries inedible--very hard with some even too difficult to bite. I really hope that they didn't change their recipe!! I really hope that they go back to the fresh, natural fries that made Five Guys the best go to for a delicious meal! read more

Food was good no complaints. Service was terrible. They did not put any sauce on my cheeseburger and then I told them and they were not trying to put the sauces on my burger and they indeed did not put the sauce on my burger, they just disrespectfully placed the sauces in front of me for me to do myself. And the lady there was rolling her eyes at me and my family. read more

Five Guys is good, price is good unless you broke then go to burger king but if you have money and you want a fresh burger this is the spot for you, the fries are nice and thick the way fries should be, and the costumer service is top notch, free peanuts to enjoy while waiting, for food that is made in front of you, i came in one day and i hear some people complaining about the price, it almost ruined my experience hear people cry over food, but at the end of the day they can charge whatever they want is their business, so to those people that complain about price, you clearly don't need to be there if is to expensive for you go to McDonalds instead is definitely not for everybody but for those that can afford it I highly recommend Five Guys burger and fries in Rio Grande. read more

Had 2 regular burgers and 2 orders of French fries last week. Probably the worst burgers I've ever had. Made McDonalds look like gourmet and the fries were soggy. All that culinary delight for only $24.00. Never again!. read more

Probably one of the best Burger places out there. I've never regretted eating here. Always good. The friendliness of the staff happens as soon as you walk through the door. They greet you right away. Everyone is very upbeat and friendly. A very inviting atmosphere. The food is really good, burgers are very tasty and about a thousand French fries in my bag also warm and tasty. So many fries that I couldn't finish them all. That was my fault, don't order a double Burger and then get a large fries. Go with the small because they always throw extra in the bag. I got a double Burger, large fries and a large fountain drink. My bill came to $17.03. A little more than I'm used to paying for lunch, but I don't eat here all the time so it was definitely worth the treat. read more

I ordered online thru the mobile order website which is very easy - I entered the store and was greeted by multiple members of the crew - I was asked for some clarification on my mobile order. I also requested one small change to include lettuce on one of the orders which was no problem at all. Fries were made fresh and were still hot when I returned home 12 mins later. This crew is fantastic and why I order here at least once a week. Keep it up guys and thanks for being essential great workers during these tough times. read more

Got a burger with bacon, regular fry and a medium drink. $16.98!!!!!!!! The food was good but not worth double of what I spent! Insane pricing! I have to give it 1 star; not for the food but the pricing. It was that much out of line! Sorry read more

Customer service is great so far but I will say as much as one burger cost the bacon is always burnt an I like mine crispy but it's been overly dry an I just don't want this place to go from being amazing to employees slacking am giving people food that doesn't match the price! read more

In a word - disgusting - french fries were greasy. Quality of meat used in burgers is awful - so much grisel. Prices exhorbitant consideering the quality. Will definitely never be back and I encourage all who read this to never go there. read more

Last time I reviewed a 5 guys it was the Valley Forge store a few years ago and it was overrated to say the least. I was far from impressed then but it seems 5 Guys have stepped up their game. Or maybe it's the different location, we'll see. My wife and I stopped in while running errands and each ordered a burger. The burgers were juicy, done right and extremely tasty this time. I'm a mushroom fan and she loves her pickles, both burgers had the right amount of toppings. And I do love the shelled peanuts, nice little nosh while you're waiting for your burger. Still not a fan of the fries though. Still gritty and funky tasting. I'll take the Shake Shack Crinkle Cuts any day over them. read more

Day shift WONDERFUL. NIGHTSHIFT not so much. Asked for Cajun on side got nothing. Saw them fill it but nope. To busy talking. And talking is fine if you can multi-task. And what happened to the extra fries on the side in the bag. Second time going at night and seems like the ones in the bag are just the ones that fell out of the cup. And that's fine if I wasn't paying 15 dollars for this stuff..... Fix this please. read more

I must admit that I've been skeptical of this burger chain. My hubby has eaten here several times and has raved about his experience. I finally decided to try it since we live in a small beach town with limited options. This location is in a strip mall with Walmart, Lowes, Michael's and etc. The parking lot is large so no issues with space. Service was friendly. Clean restaurant and restrooms. We ordered 2 little burgers and a small fries to share. They also offer a long list of free toppings to add to your burger. He got a little burger loaded with japalenos, grilled onions, and mushrooms. I had a little cheeseburger with lettuce, tomatoes and onions. They cook your burgers on the spot and it served hot right off the flat top. If you like your fries crispy like us then make sure you order it well done. Overall, if you're craving a cheeseburger and Burger King or McDonald's is not your cup of tea (definitely not ours!) then drop by for a Five Guys burger. It's definitely worth a try. I have now been here twice and hubby 3 times. read more

One of the worst experiences at a fast food restaurant. I was with 2 friends. I only ordered a regular fries and a beverage. They market their fries as EXTRA WELL DONE fries would imply cooked well and crispy or crunchy. My fries were brown but they were barely warm and SOFT. Best described as flacid. I'm not likely going back. I while i was there there were several burgers on the prep table for several minutes exposed to the air, i don't believe they could have any heat in them by the time they wrapped them for the cu read more

This was my first time eating here and everything was amazing! It was one of the best burgers I've ever had, primarily for its great seared crust on the burger patties. A little burger is one patty and a regular burger is two hamburger patties. Also, there are a bunch of toppings you can add on which are all free! Their fries are fresh, crunchy, and delish, especially since they have malt vinegar to put on them if u want. read more

Great burgers. Fresh and made to order. There fries are excellent and when you get an order they dump another scoop of fries in the bag so it's like to orders. read more

If you want a good hamburger, this is a good place to go. Their fries are also fantastic. But be prepared for lots of grease and a bloated feeling. Oh well. You gotta have that sometimes. read more

Five Guys Burgers and Fries, one of the best burger joints I have ever been to. They are my favorite burgers and the french fries are up to par. You also get to munch on some peanuts while you wait for your food. (which doesn't take too long to make). Overall I think that it is a great place to eat! read more

Oh my! I had never tried the burgers from Five Guys but it was the best burger I can remember in a long time. Place was packed and the food took about 15 minutes but it was worth it. I don't under stand the free peanuts they have to nosh on while you wait, they don't really go with burgers and dogs but they were good. Definitely my new choice of burger joint. read more

Delicious, and consistent every time. A nice authentic burger made to order instead of microwaved. A nice treat when my brain says salad and my stomach say cheese burger, sorry brain. read more

Always a good burger no matter the location. Consistent and delicious! Don't bother with the fries. They are good but leave you feeling a little more guilty than if you just stuck with a burger! read more

It was our first time getting food at Five Guys, not very impressed. The burgers were average, nothing spectacular or special. I asked for no ketchup or mustard and got quite a bit of mustard on my burger. The Cajun fries tasted like they were seasoned with season salt and were under cooked. The gentleman taking our order was not friendly and kind of rude. We will not be visiting this place again read more

This was outrageous. I specifically asked for a "bacon dog" but I was given a "bacon cheese dog" worst of all it wasn't even good
