Fast, fresh, and yummy. We went through the drive thru and they were pretty quick! We got a family worth of food and they got the whole order right! The girl at the last window even gave us some extra ranch which made the experience 10x better! Definitely recommend for a quick bite! read more

Food was cold, no sauce, no sauce packets as ordered, fries were horrible and basically uncooked, sucks

The food is thrown together (see photo)... in the last three years they have only got our order right once. If it's wrong call the owner, the manager is poorly trained and not helpful getting things right the next time (this is the closest one and we drive twice the distance to get things right... I said no cheese and they gave me cheese and the sandwich was cold to boot... a small French fry is 3.19, a Quarter pounder is 7.27 (with tax) it is very expensive... I will say the three people we interacted with we're friendly and two had a smile which was a good thing and a change from the past experience. I ordered through the app and my burger had no meat on it so I went into the restaurant with my whole order to prove I had just ordered. I showed the meatless burger to the manager and asked for a burger with meat.The manager who looked like coconut head was very rude and yelled at me saying she spoke to me before about the app mind you I've never seen this rat in my life and have never had an issue at this McDonald's until today. Instead of grabbing me another burger the rat instead continued on her tangent and threw my bag of food away! She then tried to say it was because I smiled while she yelled at me. The rat then refunded me for the food when all I wanted was a burger with meat on it. Very unfair treatment I will never come back to this ghetto McDonald's ever again. read more

I've been here twice and both times the drinks were disgusting! I had a sweet tea here the first time that was basically unsweetened tea with a weird after taste. The second time I ordered a soda (coke to be exact) and it was basically brown colored carbonated water which could make you sick. If they can't get basic drinks right, I wonder how the food ends up. Ordered two large drinks. Coke was filled over and inch from the top. Well under where it should have been. The sweet tea tasted like sugar flavored brown water. Like it was double brewed using an old tea bag. Medium and large fries, neither were filled and both were cold. I asked for the cookie tote and he said (inaudibly) we don't have that. Yet, it was on the app for that location. The cookie tote comes with 13 warm chocolate chip cookies. Here's how mine came. In a bag, not a tote. Three cookies in each paper cookie bags. And one cookie in a 4 COUNT NUGGET BOX!!!! Are you kidding me??!! I had to already explain what the cookie tote was to them and they still didn't get it. I couldn't even complain, because I don't think they would have even understood what the heck I was complaining about. Expecting 13 WARM cookies in the tote, it was being given as a feel better gift . No one understood what I was saying at the drive thru. NO ONE. Oh Mickey Ds... You can't act like you can't get more whipped cream for frappes... You guys close at 11 pm and have a Walmart right near by... It was 9:50 PM when I purchased my Oreo Mocha Frappe and was told they were fresh out of whipped cream.. Two stars because I still enjoyed the frappe. I just felt bad for the young mother and her son when they couldn't get the cream for his coffee drink, she looked like she was in almost tears. read more

Oh my gosh how hard is it to fry a McChicken. It's not that hard. I work at a different McDonalds locations and I walked up into this McDonalds and got a McChicken. Realized that it was under cooked. Do y'all need directions on how to use your fryer? Cause it seems to me somebody was not using that timer which is easy cause all you do is select McChicken and select start which is insanely easy then you wait for that time to be done. If i could give a zero i would. The manager was beyond obnoxious. Cursing and swearing at me because she wasnt watching where she was going and flung her car into reverse almost hitting me, my newborn and elderly grandmother. on my way home from work i decided to stop in the drive thru and the service was absolutely terrible the line moved insanely slow. I waited in line for about 20 minutes and as soon as i pulled up to the window they refused to take my order because it was 8:59 and the guy said they close at 9. I was confused because the sign said they were open until 10 and the website said that as well so i told him it said they close at 10 on the sign and he was very rude and patronizing and still refused to take my order even though the car in front of me ordered with no problem. read more

Love the food and the people that work here. The do it yourself order taking system is the worst thing that has ever happened to McDonalds. You put a person up front that tells you that you have to place your own order. They look like they are about to cry because everyone hates it. Go back great customer service with a smile. read more
