I'm not sure why this location is marked as closed because I was just there on Saturday 12/7/2019. I was staying in Cape May for the weekend and came across this Pizza Hut location and was really excited to see it because all the Pizza Huts in my area are gone! I really wanted to try the garlic knot stuffed crust pizza so I placed an order online. Right when I walked in I thought it was one of the more nicely set up Pizza Huts I've seen in a while. It's is more geared towards take out but there are tables to sit if you choose to eat your pizza there. Right when I walked in I noticed they were pretty busy making orders but was told I'd be seen a minute. When the worker came up to ask what I had ordered she just so happened to have my order Right there. Everything went very smoothly, good customer service and my pizza was nice and hot! Wish there were more pizza huts around, but great to know whenever I am in town I just have to head over to Rio Grande to get my fix! read more

I'm absolutely disgusted and upset with this place of business. First of all, when I get there to pick up my food the French fries weren't given to me and then I drove back and they were soggy so they made me another order... then I get home and I dont even have the right pizzas... I order two bacon and I get one pepperoni and one bacon and they only offered a $5 credit. I had to FORCE them to make me a new pizza and bring it to me because I wasn't driving all the way back. It took over 40 minutes to get the pizza that they had to remake. And then it looks like this?! Absolute disgrace... I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. read more

This was our first time ordering and we will never order again. The pizza was undercooked, obviously frozen crust and I'm not quite sure the deep dish I ordered was deep dish. Brand new store, just opened last week. Great friendly counter staff. ONLY Pizza Hut in our area! Ordered a Pan Supreme, was a tad bit under cooked, but I'm sure they will get it right. It is mainly a takeout and delivery but they do have a few tables inside. I am glad to have new variety in the area. read more

The pizza was good as usual, but the order of fries was enough to feed one toddler. It was about a handful. Also, the wings were barely sauced . We ordered on the phone, only to realize when the food came, that large pizzas were $7.99 online and $13.99 over the phone. Of course we ordered over the phone . Poor marketing techniques. read more

I ordered over the phone so I could pick up my food and go when I got there. When I walked in, the screen had my name on it and said it was ready. When I got to the counter to pay and pick up, she said the order wasn't ready yet. I pointed out the screen said it was ready and she said my name just disappeared from the screen. Then she said they couldn't find my order and I had to wait another 15 minutes for my food. But when the screen said my food was ready, it wasn't and it took another 10 minutes while I had frozen and refrigerated food waiting in the car. Then when I got my food, the order was WRONG! They redid the order and said it would be another 7 minutes! So a quick pick up turned into an hour of wasted time. read more

Currently serving in the army i was home last month I ordered food for my family and with pizza huts 5 dollars off discount for orders over 30.00 i also got my military discount here which was great. I came back and ordered for my friends and family and used the 5 dollars off deal also tried using my military discount and things changed from last time i guess. The lady at the register gives the total which is 31.93 so i present my ID for military discount she did not know how to give military discounts and went to the back for help then came back and said it was done then says "ok the total is 31.93" so im confused the price was still the same so i informed her its still the same then she tells me since u have 5 dollars off they wont do military discounts and it wont let any discounts in. Its weird cause i got 5 dollars off and a military discount and this time she doesnt know how put it in she tells me they dont do military discounts if you already 5 dollars off. read more
