There's so much to look at, and the whole place has a lively, casual vibe. Of course, you can't go to Portillo's without talking about the food! Everything we had was fresh, filling, and really good. Their classic Chicago-style comfort food definitely hits the spot, and the portions were generous. It was the perfect kind of food for a casual event where everyone could eat, mingle, and enjoy themselves. I also liked that they have self-service kiosks if you want to skip the line and order quickly. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. Overall, I had a great experience. Everything was so good that it was hard to resist the urge to order more food for later! You can tell that Fred genuinely enjoys his work, and his energy is infectious.
